YoutradeFX closed my account and disappeared with $100.000,00 Help!

I start to trade forex with youtradefx in beggining of 02/2014 with a initial deposit of $17000 usd. First strange thing happened, when I was with positions opened with fixed spread, and suddenly the positions chenged the spread, doing a loss in equity, so I reported Renata Brandao that is my Manager and they credited me the value.
The big problem occur on 28/02, when I was trading with about $100.000,00 of equity with all positions with stop loss and take profit setted have screenshots of histry prooving, and suddenly my account on metatrader4 was disabled. Minutes later, I finally logged on Metatrader4 and for my surprise, my account was with $0 money. So i looked to the history, and saw 2 transactions that I didnt do. These 2 transactions plus the credit of $9700 usd that I had was all my $101.000,00 aprox equity. So I looked better, and saw that those fake transactions was made on 27.2, and I saw that was not with swap on it. I took screenshot at time. Next business day, i did complain to youtradefx and for my surprise, the swap appeared on the transactions, resulting also a change on zeriong. So thanks God i took screenshot. My positions now would take the profit, and my equity now would be in $184.000,00.
Yes, if my positions have not be closed I would be with $184.000,00. But they are refusing to accept and pay me even with my evidences. So the only way that I found is to get your help to recover my money. How do i will get this money back? I have reported to ASIC, but still no response yet.
Anyone know lawyer or where can I go to get this money?

Simple I was looking my positions, at the time with equity of $100.000,00. My profit at time was $72.000,00 aprox. I did $17.000,00 deposit, had $3600,00 of spread refund and $7100 of bonus. The total equity at time was aprox. $100.000,00. Suddenly my mt4 account was disabled. I tried to log in in Metatrader 4 and said Account Disabled. Minutes later it does log on and my account was with all positions closed and no money. So It was on history 2 transactions that I didnt do. And I got screenshots of it showing no swap. They closed my account and inserted these 2 fake transactions to zero my account.
Next business day after my complain, they putted the swap on history. Totally scam.

Was your account specifically with the Australian branch? If so, an immediate report to ASIC is in order. If not, you can report it anyway, but the chances of action are greatly reduced.

Can you post a pic of your MT4 statement? I'd like to see how long those 2 mystery trades were open.

Another victim and this case is over $100k. I don't think you can get it back. YTFX is now a professional scammer.

My account was opened on the standard YTFX not the australian, but I hope ASIC could help, i did conplain yesterday.
These 2 transactions were inserted in my account when they disabled it. Were positions of 1 day before, and I got screenshot of it saying no value of rollover/swap. They inserted the valie of rollover swap after my conplain.

ASIC may or may not do anything, but notifying them certainly can't hurt.

I was about aprox $100.000,00 of equity (I had $7100,00 of bonus that was already relesead cause the terms was 400 lots trading for $2000 realease, and $3600,00 of spread refund, that totalize $9700,00 of credit.) My positions at close was at -$60.430,00 profit. I had balance of aprox $150,000,00 at time of close, with a good margin more than 150%. All positions had Stop loss, what would stil left me about $50.000,00-$60.000,00, and take profit, what would make my equity stay in $184.000,00 in these days.
I was traveling feb 27 and 28, so I was with just the phone. I was looking to the market at the time when my MT4 said: account disabled. Tryed to log a few times and still saying Account Disabled. A few minutes later, I could access, and My account was in zero. So I looked to the history, and saw these 2 transactions:

The first evidence, I saw this transactions that I did not make and realize on history that they were without swap, and they "opened" 1 day before. I took screenshot at the time.

These transactions was inserted in my account when they disabled my account.
The Second evidence, next business day I talked to Renata Brandão, my manager in Youtradefx and explained what happens and send pictures of the swap. For my surprise, after that, they add the swap to these 2 transactions.
Other Evidence is that this fake Transaction:

was opened 4 seconds before this transaction that I really have opened and closed:

4 seconds is not time to do that in a mobile MT4.
Those fake transactions are in the middle of transactions that I was making in a oposite side. Just look ate the times on the Statement.
And the Last Evidence, if you get All my positions that were open, plus these 2 fake transactions, about 2 hours before they closed, EUR/USD were in 1.38220, what should zero my account so earlier.
So If nobody had closed my account I would have now aprox $184.000,00 , cause my take profits were reachead.

Now I talk to them and they just say that they did not open the positions.
