Kyocera Corp and TESSCO announce partnership to launch and distribute standard railroad solar power systems.

The company posted a net loss of $35.3 mln, or 32 cents per share, down from net earnings of $39.8 mln, or 34 cents per share from the previous year's second quarter.

(ALV) - short
As planned, co drew an additional $300 mln in March for two months from its revolving credit facility primarily for debt maturiting in March and April. In its latest outlook, Autoliv announced that it expected capital expenditures net to decline from $279 mln in 2008 to a range of $200-$250 mln.

Co lowers FY09 EPS guidance to $1.30-1.65 vs $1.74 consensus, down from $1.80-2.00.

More gains for the major U.S. indices again today. Trading activity was rather dull, amidst the gains. The markets moved into positive territory where they held firmly, into the closing bell. Ahead of rapping up the final full trading week for the month of March, just as the weather is supposed to go out like a lamb, Wall Street is looking forward to the roar of the Bulls to put the month to sleep.

Christopher & Banks, sees Q4 EPS of ($0.65) vs ($0.40) First Call consensus. The co says it also experienced a significant decrease in its gross margin as compared to the fourth quarter of fiscal 2008.
