Please start reporting fraud per the suggest US entities above and I recommend to also contact GASO and use their live chat (GASO = Global Anti-Scam Organization). You can tell them The Punisher sent you for assistance.
I will do that. I appreciate your help, any chances I recover any funds? Is that an IG profile of that person?

The IG profile is someone who is trying to lure victims for this scam but I don't know if this is the same person you were talking to. Recovering your money is a long process that takes patience.
Im going to see how it goes and make those notifications today
