Called them via telephone, pretending to be a new client, they said they will look into it. Still waiting after two weeks.
The beginning of my work was 15 September 2014, in October, they were missing. They brought in my account MT4 most, and then I closed the entrance to the MT-4. Total my contribution was US $ 9960, then they made me more than 300,000 dollars, then just disappeared and blocked my account. Not communicate. I found Tatiana from this site: http://www.tatiana-pintus.com/eng.html wrote a letter on her e-mail address: tanushka18178@gmail.ком this site provided a man who is so lost money. I had a conversation with Tatyana Pintus from 16 June 2015 for 2 weeks. She said that she is no longer working and the company NRGbinary, but how strange it very quickly regained my password and named the sum, which is in my account, as well as being tied me to a manager by the name of Kristina Petrovici kristinap@nrgbinary.co. It required all of my screenshots contributions, I forwarded and told me that the money will be tomorrow kakzhdy day they promised tomorrow and eventually disappeared again. Tatiana manager of NRG is an experienced swindler, who is currently under house arrest, and so the same continues to engage in fraud. He lives in Israel, its address is on this site. So, I wrote a letter to her brother Joseph Pintus, he is CEO of RBC TV channel in Ukraine and holds a high post, he said he did not want to know my sister is already within 6-7 years. Here is his response to a request to influence his sister cheats:

Watch out for NRG binary (NRGbinary - Binary Options Trading), they are a scam. There are currently 3 guilty cases held against them. They do not like to withdraw money to you at all; they will use delaying tactics such as account manager ignorance. My account manager would try offloading the blame saying the process was out of his hands. It most certainly isn't! Your account manager should be there to support you. Mine does not answer calls or respond to emails! The man, who is supposed to help with disputes, is in fact very unhelpful. With my issue of over two months, he hasn't replied to my multiple emails.
They tried to claim I had bonus capital which I don't (more delaying tactics).
Do not trade with NRG; they will hold your money and try their hardest not to give it back. They will ask for more and more deposits. Once you start to voice your concern, you get ignored. Do not let this happen to you!

They are classic for delaying tactics. They will wait extra days to contact you, my account manager pleads ignorance to seriously obvious issues happening with my account, and they tell you they will "try" contact the accountants, but it's out of their control. Total bull.
Lance Graham is a ghost too. Hey may appear to help you, only to not appear again. He helped me resolve one case, but when it was clear I wanted to withdraw all my funds, he never replied after more than a month of emails (to support as well).
Support will take weeks to reply as well, then offer you something unhelpful. My last email tried to suggest I had not reached my bonus turnover value to withdraw my bonus, and I don't even have a bonus in my account! Delaying tactics.
Please, if you have not started with NRG, do not sign up with them. In fact most binary companies out there are a scam, I would be very cautious. I have learned my lesson, please learn from me. Stay away from NRG, stay away from binary.
They sent me a email saying they were sorry to see me go but never refunded my money.
They are a complete SCAM.
These are the dirt bags that everyone on the internet talks about.

Don't touch them. I'll bet they don't have any clients in London, which is where my brokers were supposedly situated. It would be too easy for London clients to check out their offices and confront them face to face. I don't even know if they really have an office in london

I had opened an account (No. 66152) with NRG Binary in March 2014.
Trading is a separate story. They have reduced my account to about 44% of its initial value.
They have been declining all but one of my withdrawal requests and attempts to close the account since May 2014 have proven futile.
Recently, upon my insistence to withdraw the whole balance, they have executed some "back-dated" trades to reduce the balance.
I have collected all evidence, which will be supplied.
Also, twice I have heard the excuse of NFP making it 'busy'. As if that is an excuse.
I have had problems with WD in the past as well. From reading everything on the site, I am led to believe NRG is a scam, and I would recommend staying clear of these guys!
If this cannot be resolved soon, I will be filing a case, and will fight for the return of my original investment.

The company was submitted a withdrawal request repeatedly over last 5 months for just 10% of account holding. Instead NRG made my account invalid in MT4 category holding $48000 plus. Basically I was not letting the NRG broker to turn my account into loss by personally closing the wrong deals having loss potential opened by my broker .....SO GUESS WHAT NRG SIMPLY MADE MY ACCOUNT INVALID as they were finding it hard to turn my account into a loss category to demand more money from me ..... The company was approached same day 8 May to resolve issue .... On 22 May Lance Graham replied that investigation in progress and would complete in 14 business days ..... but now we are entering into 3 month of July since the incident .....and I have to yet here from the NRG company about my 4 month old withdrawal request and 2 month old invalidation case.....

2014-01-21 2Star I am downgrading NRG binary ranking from 5 star to down to 2 star due to very bad experience; initially they offered me a credit line of 15k $ (without informing me of any catch in it) against which I was required to deposit the said additional amount in a certain specified period of time. Due to unavoidable reasons I got late. Now suddenly they have come up with a hidden catch to deposit the said amount within 4 days notice failing which they will not only seize the profits earned but also my whole capital.
Though I deposit 1k $ in the mean time and have requested them to allow a few more days margin to which they have denied.... Now I am really fearing what if I deposit remaining 14k $ and they seize it too under some other catch...since at the time of offering the credit line I was never told of the this hidden catch that my own deposited amount will also be seized... Also I was denied a withdrawal of meagre amount of 500$ from my own capital from NRG binary during the valid period of credit line.... so I am now really worried as to deposit the remaining 14k and stand chance of loosing more or restrain myself here and suffer a loss of 18k inclusive of profit / capital already deposited. I seek advice from anyone responsible to do so or not and especially from NRG binary rep on this forum to publicly admit that my funds will be made available to me whenever I seek withdrawal if I deposit the additional amount with NRG binary.
2013-12-03 5Star So far trading experience has been excellent with NRG Binary. Although so far i am adding money into my account gradually after making profits, especially after confirmation of my withdrawal twice (though very small amounts). Their quotes do tally with international platforms of other websites. I especially praise their telephonic contacts on giving me updates on profits. I hope this relationship continues as i started my account with few hundred dollars and entered into few thousands and i hope it grows further but real tests lie ahead when withdrawal and deposits go hand in hand.

THE REASON FOR SENDING THAT EMAIL, YOU ALREADY KNOWN:
I have funded the account for $500 and claimed $500 bonus. on 24th February 2014, I have submitted withdrawal request for $2400, when the turnover already exccessed the requirement of 30 x Bonus (as mentioned in the terms & conditions and it was confirmed by account manager Mr. MichaelV) before I fund the account. The withdrawal request still kept "pending" for too long time after that, I have asked my account manager Mr. MichaelV to approve that request, he told me that he will not approve the withdrawal request until I reach the turnover of 30 x (initial deposit + bonus). Then I can never reach him by emails, or phone...I started to ask support team to help me in approving the request, they told me that their is a red flag on my account to not approve the request because a "SPECIAL AGREEMENT BETWWEN ME AND MY ACCOUNT MANAGER ABOUT THE BONUS = 30 x (NINITIAL DEPOSIT + BONUS)"?????? But do you think that I'm a stupied man to agree with him such agreement? and can you tell me what is your feeling? If you were treated by your account manager like that?
That is the reason why I got very angry about that, I told with Alice (client support): Michael is working as a scammer.
Many days later (9/3/2014), I have received an email from Billing department came up with ANOTHER REASON for them to not approving my request:

However, Nrgbinary found its right to refunded your initial deposit amount with 500$ on the 28/02/14.

On the 23rd of March, I sent you an e-mail stating that:"Since our risk management department found out that you conducted extremely abusive behavior (arbitrage), we had no other option other than crediting your initial deposit amount of $500 and inform you that you are not eligible to withdraw your other profits according to the company’s terms and conditions."

Please keep in mind that profits that are based even partially on use of bonus shall be forfeited in case the company suspects any act of fraud or breach of the company's terms and conditions by the client. Following our risk management department investigation, as well as my own personal investigation, we ended up getting to the same exact conclusion. However, as a show of good faith, we have refunded your initial deposit on the 28th of February, 2014.

It is a technique and I saw in many reviews exposing the same pattern.
Beware of these people : Youssef Kader, Zeid Azzam.
I tried to reach any authorized person in this company to ask for investigation, but no one replies (including Lance G) - I sent him 3 mails without a response
I made a chat on the web site and the agent promised to forward to her rep,but also got no response.
I sent mail to Services support and again no response.
This is a planned activity by NRG not an incidental case


He refuse cause he gave me last week $20,000 as credit and my deposit was $1350 , i deposited $10,000 in the same week and $10,000 in the next week which is today.
My account now $38,412.13 which is $10,000 credit $11,350 capital & $17,062.13 profit.

I had account in NRG account (51178) in which I had deposited certain amount and my account manager was handling it and once it reached 11000 $ the funds were transferred to MT4 account on march 13th with new account10912. and as of june 5th the balance 16, 594. The account manager wanted me to invest more luckily before investing another30K$ I wanted to check the withdrawal system I requested to withdraw 5K$ on may 6th. Until today there is no response from NRG binary or From my account manager.
I would appreciate if you could do the needful to withdraw the whole amount as the money was invested through credit card payment.

THE REASON FOR SENDING THAT EMAIL, YOU ALREADY KNOWN:
I have funded the account for $500 and claimed $500 bonus. on 24th February 2014, I have submitted withdrawal request for $2400, when the turnover already exccessed the requirement of 30 x Bonus (as mentioned in the terms & conditions and it was confirmed by account manager Mr. MichaelV) before I fund the account. The withdrawal request still kept "pending" for too long time after that, I have asked my account manager Mr. MichaelV to approve that request, he told me that he will not approve the withdrawal request until I reach the turnover of 30 x (initial deposit + bonus). Then I can never reach him by emails, or phone...I started to ask support team to help me in approving the request, they told me that their is a red flag on my account to not approve the request because a "SPECIAL AGREEMENT BETWWEN ME AND MY ACCOUNT MANAGER ABOUT THE BONUS = 30 x (NINITIAL DEPOSIT + BONUS)"?????? But do you think that I'm a stupied man to agree with him such agreement? and can you tell me what is your feeling? If you were treated by your account manager like that?
That is the reason why I got very angry about that, I told with Alice (client support): Michael is working as a scammer.
Many days later (9/3/2014), I have received an email from Billing department came up with ANOTHER REASON for them to not approving my request:

However, Nrgbinary found its right to refunded your initial deposit amount with 500$ on the 28/02/14.

First they will tell that that your documents are not complete.
When you send them once more, the will keep on cancelling your withdrawal when submitted. Finally they will notify you that you lost your deposits and you will blocked to login to their site.

first off all, my account manager withdrawn 1000 $ directly from my bank account without asking me and based upon my broker advices I lost all of them.
I asked officially more than 4 times to withdraw my money and my account manager, Richard Gibson, canceled them and traded with my money (2000$) without my permission by himself.
I have not received any feedback from billing department regarding to my request.
Based upon his control on my account, I lost 2000 $ because of his mismanagement and misjudgment on the market and ignoring client request.
I send him more than 5 emails asking him to withdraw the money and cancel the trading that he did without my permission and even asking me. he dealt with my account as his money.
he has taken the decision by himself and he should responsible for this losing.
In conclusion, I have been ripped off and all the money stolen by this company.

Firstly, Thank you for honoring my withdrawal request. I am disappointed that NRGBinary deducted the bonus and gave me back my balance minus the bonus. In my previous email to you (and to everyone i know at NRGBinary), I mentioned that my turnover has been over the required turnover rate and I am eligible to withdraw all my money along with the bonus amount.
I have stated these details in my posts below as well.
Unfortunately no one at the firm has been able to help me (not even Frank Green - Sr. trader OR Don Lawrence - billing)
My account 13781 shows bonus being approved but method is "Bonus" which means it went back to NRGbinary.
That is a shame and disappointing.
This is the reason for my negative rating for NRGbinary. Since I have emailed you regarding this before and no action was taken, I don't expect much to happen after this post either. The purpose is to bring this matter to your attention so you understand why many of us are frustrated with NRGbinary.

Why is it that I have to take action for NRGbinary to look into my case. It has been open for weeks. If I wouldn't have opened the complaint, it wouldn't have been handled. It is great that you're "now" looking at it however my emails were gone answered (as forwarded to you)
As for bonus structure, my turnover was $3040 and as per the terms it says 30x bonus (75x30 = 2250) which means that my turnover has exceeded the requirement. Unless i am miscalculating?

2014-02-22 1 Star I have requested a withdrawal for my funds back in mid-January. The process took a couple of weeks after validating my identity (they asked me for more documents in addition to what was required).
The billing department cancelled my requesting saying that I cannot withdraw bonus funds since my turnover has not been 30x the bonus amount of $50
I sent them an email showing that my turnover was way over that and I should be able to withdraw all my funds.
No one has responded to me for a week. After a couple of follow up's, I re-submitted my withdrawal request again and it has been 3 days and its still pending.
I thought this was a reputable broker however be careful. They are happy to take the money but very very hesitant to return it back to you.

Analde problem with your company, I shared you have me and a group of 8 people and for more than 3 weeks and we ask the process of withdrawing and be outstanding and tells us hand Mahmoud Zeidan that tomorrow will be approved that came yesterday and entered a deal the full amount and lost.
Points which we have
1 - How to enter the amount withdrawn was requested than 3 weeks and its entry in the transaction.
2 - How enters in Pather deal of 50% has sent him to enter only 50%.
3 - We have an audio recording him as he tells us that he can not access more than 30 percent to protect the calculation of risk.
Was contacted today by has informed us offer him unacceptable: that we bid farewell to the amounts currently trading account and compensate for the loss, an offer is unacceptable.

Their withdrawal policy states that withdrawals will be completed by 3 business days. On the 4th day, I tried to contact them via phone and the chat facility on the site - can't even get through.
Finally got through the phone. The moment the guy at the other end heard I want to withdraw, he hung up!!!
I've supplied my documents and I still haven't got a reply.
For the other victims like me, kindly share if you manage to be successful in getting your money back.
