I am with Fideliscm from past 4-5 years, they are not processing withdrawals from past 6 months on wards and the account managers also not responding to calls and messages. They are saying that company is merged with other company and it takes 1-2 months time . It’s more than 6 months the problem still there.

Denied my withdrawal and blocked my account

I am facing issue from last 1 year fidelies capital market. I open account my mt5 no 1004802. I did trade in nifty they did not take swap charge.without any intimation company swap charge on my account 900usd approx.After few day I did trade on jap225 2.30pm indian time market go up side. I put trade sell next day I profit 76000usd. Next day I put the withdrawal request for 25k usd company reply we are checking and we will process after few hour they reply we checked your account and we will process
After they deny my withdrawal and block my mt5 account. I have proof of my account trade history account video. Company do not want to give my withdrawal and block my account

I had put the request last Dec 2020 till now I am not getting my withdrawal everytime they told me we checked your account and they do not giving answer they do not giving my withdrawal amount
In backend they approved my withdrawal request

We had clearly informed regarding Wrong Pricing & PL Correction as Per Prime Liquidity Exchange Confirmation to you.
Kindly note that due to low volatility and illiquid prices, LP doesn't honours the trade done on IND50 as its not verified and processed by Prime Liquidity Exchange so all the trades done in price gaps and illiquid price session will make the Profit & Losses cancelled as our Prime Liquidity Exchange do not honour the trades done on wrong pricing fills,
Thus we had debited the account by necessary PL adjustment value.
Wrong PL = 16980.47
Adjustment Done = 16980.47
