KeyToMarkets Review

After one year trading with mt4 on KeyToMarkets, I can now say that I'm really satisfied.
I was trading with another platform and I decided to move to ktm to automate my strategy with an EA.
The guy at customer support really helped me in the transition to the mt4 and the set up of my EA for their ECN pricing and everything has been going good so far.

I have been operating for 3 months with Key to Markets and have not had any problems. The team behind it is very professional and they have always solved all my doubts efficiently.

The execution is super fast and the spread is really low. Deposits and withdrawals are fast too. Good range of instruments, but could improve in the spread of some indices. The commission on the Pro account is very competitive.

I strongly recommend this broker.

Key to markets there server Freezes At Times especially When There is A Little Volatility in The Market & Also they Pumbed Me Out Trades even Though you didn't Over Leverage.

MY main Concern is Friday 30th of August 2019 I Had XAUUSD Sell Position Opens On My 3 Accounts 2 Live & 1 Demo Account
The Last 15mins Candle before Market Closed on Friday 30th of August 2019 Never Formed. I Emailed Key To Markets Several Times as They Always Do Never Respond Untill This Morning. Saying if You Send To Much Email There TEAM Will Not Respond To My Email Send 1. And in Addition To That They send Me A ScreenShot of Something on there Side Saying There Was Any Problem With Gold/XAUUSD ON FRIDAY
LET Me Be More Specific I Resend Another Email this Morning with Screenshots showing that XAUUSD Close Without the Last 15mins Candle Forming no response
like they did few times before.

THEY NEVER FIXED THE PROBLEM I GOT BUMPED OUT WHEN MARKETS REOPEN LAST NIGHT. ALL I NEED IS MY BALANCED ADJUSTED WITH THE RIGHT FIGURE.

I traded with this broker for about 3 years now, mostly scalping on news with alternate results. They told me that is because they change liquidity connection from time to time. I don't know if that is true, but even if sometimes I take a small loss many times I made small or even great gains, so overall I am in profit.
Always better to avoid too big risk with too big lots.
The best part is that withdrawals are prompt and quick, I don't have to wait 5 days to get my money like with other brokers.
Therefore I conclude they are a true ECN stp broker with a honest approach.

This is my second review for KTM.
I am still thrilled by the swift services KTM is offering! Quick withdrawals and top notch customer service. Everything is excellent. Keep it up. My account 21------45.
Please introduce M-PESA for deposit and withdrawals which will be easier for Kenyan traders.

Feb 8, 2018 - 5 Stars This is the best Forex broker I have ever used. I made a withdrawal request at night (10 pm) - East African time, and by 10:45 pm the money had hit my account (within 30 minutes!!). Very honest broker. My MT4 Acct No. 210....48. Also excellent 5 star customer care support. GOD bless KTM.
