in last withdrawal request , i was faced delaying & ignorance in my withdrawal request & emails,
that i was submitted on 2-Jul-2017 but after some followup the request handled on 14-Jul-2017 with appreciated apologize from them plus 10% compensation on my withdrawal amount as apology due this delay ,
them rebate is high & good ,
a lot of supported brokers ,
the payment options limited to (Paypal , Skrill , Neteller) but acceptable for me,
i recommend this rebater .
Jul 13, 2017 - 2 Stars i am working with them since 10 months ago , everything was right , but since Sep/2016 i stopped to request withdraw my credits and on 2/Jul/2017 i requested to withdraw my balance and waited 2 days then i sent message to ask about the withdrawal time and then forwarded the message next day because there was not response , in the day # 6 from the request, them replied me that the withdrawing depended on the broker & the withdrawal way , taking 5 business days , so i waited and on 10/Jul/2017 (day #8) i sent message to them to remind them that now we exceeded the 5 business days without any response , then i sent message again on 12/Jul/2017 to inform them that i need the withdrawal urgently without any response , and i sent message now to remind them that the balance that i requested to withdraw it trough to my Skrill account , this balance already in my account since 2 or 3 months (part of it was added to my balance on Apr/2017 & the rest on May/2017) and to be accurate , some cents was added to my balance in Jun/2017 , so them already received this amounts from the broker but does not processed the withdraw for me and still not knowing there reason to do that , thanks all .
