I have been using justforex for quite some time now. Overall i can say is that this broker offer lots of benefits for its customers such as fast deposit & withdraw, low spreads, fast responding customer service, limitless account opening, and easy to use back office. I totally recommend this broker to all traders out there.

What is JustMarkets?

JustMarkets (formerly Justforex) is a Seychelles forex broker established in 2012 and regulated by the FSA-S, CySEC, FSC Mauritius, and FSCA.

Subsequent Service - Great!

Dec 22, 2022 - 2 Stars Hi - I am not at a point where it is one star, but two... For now...

It has been a week since I have made payments to my trading account. The funds are still not showing up in my account (I have never had this issue in the past). There seems to be an issue between Ozow (the service used to transfer local funds in SA to the forex broker) and JustMarkets. I am not usually one for public complaints, but I am not sure what the next step is... I have contacted justmarkets as per their website:

I have provided all relevant support to assist the finance team to investigate, screenshots, proof of payments etc, however, still no feedback? This should be a simple to resolve... Can someone maybe help me?

Good choice to start

Good broker to start trading journey. They send good analytics to email daily that help very much to do my daily trades, wide range of trading instruments, fair spreads and fast execution. Blocked All My Profits

I used the broker for about 2 months opening trades mostly through pending orders (Buy Limit and Sell Limit). That way the trade was opened only if the price reached my pending orders. However, without any prior notice about my trades, the brokerage sent an email communicating about the block on my account and the removal of all profits.

The most bizarre was the reason for the block: that I negotiated the wrong price rates. How is this possible if my trades were opened only if the price was on my pending orders?

In view of what happened, I recommend that everyone stay away from this brokerage.

An investigation was conducted and it was revealed that your accounts were involved in fraudulent activities described in the item 4.1.18 of the Client Agreement. Thus, due to the fact of the participation in fraudulent activities, the Company decided to block and close your account(s) according to the items 12.1 and 12.2 of the Client Agreement.

Some of the losses that the company incurred as a result of fraudulent activities in which your accounts were involved were repaid by debiting profit from your accounts gained as a result of fraudulent activities.

Your initially deposited funds remain untouched and a notification from the Security Team was sent to your email stating that you have 10 days to withdraw your own funds from your accounts. After the funds are withdrawn, your Back Office will be terminated.

This broker needs money and found a way to take mine!

After verification, I deposited $500 to my account! I did that almost 3 months ago. From the first that you entered the website from EU IPs it shows (Registration of clients from EU countries is currently unavailable.). So they don't give any service to EU users.

I'm from Russia, now I logged in to my account, it shows I DON'T HAVE ANY LIVE ACCOUNTS!!!! I chatted with support, this is their answers :

Considering the current circumstances, Justforex is now dealing with the international situation, with newly implemented sanctions, and with a fundamental EU policy. As policies change, Justforex must terminate existing client relationships from time to time in order to ensure its compliance with international laws and regulations.

Given that and according to sections 12.1 and 12.2 of the Client Agreement the Company acknowledges this to be an Event of Default and takes the right to terminate the Client Agreement with immediate effect. Be informed that all existing orders will be closed at current Quotes. All your trading accounts will be closed and your access to Back Office will be disabled. For your account, the Deposit and Withdrawal function will be disabled. In regards to the account balances (if any), note that all funds on the account will be temporarily frozen for an indefinite period of time.

Additionally, the opening of new accounts for the citizens and residents of Russian Federations and Belarus will be disabled.

What's that? They MUST let users before closing or freezing their accounts! That's against the rules! Plus sanctions don't include that! They just use this situation to earn and get money from users!

The support team told me they would send an email during 24h working day to let me know what I should do! I received it after 10 minutes, exactly the same text that support team told me but now from the security team email! To say that we announced you!
Before this, they didn't let EU users register and they don't! But for EU sanctions because there's money for them, they did this to me!

Justforex cannot stand aside from the situation in Ukraine and is acting in accordance with the international situation and newly implemented sanctions, and with a fundamental EU policy.
Due to the Russian regime's war crimes and human rights violations in Ukraine, we will no longer be providing services to users registered in Russia and Belarus therefore all funds on account will be temporarily frozen for an indefinite period of time.

Note that this is the final decision of the Company and is not reversible.

Good broker!

I do some news trading from time to time with diffrent brokers just as a hobby and some time ago heard that a new JustForex broker popped up on our market. So I decided to see how it works. My first contact was support reps for general info and some questions. Worth mentioning they are patient and friendly, the guy I talked to persuaded me that they are reliable so I decided to give it a try. Registered, created trading account on MT5 and went on checking payment options. I was glad to see my favourite Boleto so sent some money to go on testing. Opened few positions with majors and gold to check spreads and compare with other brokers I trade. As they say, spreads are rather low, deals got executed pretty fast. For now am satisfied with their service. Looking forward to make some moves on NFP to see how it goes further.

Delay to transfer money into my real account

How dare you fail to have proper communication in check when you pose with certifications!!! That should be a lesson to the newbies. - Avoid depositing large sums of amount on a first time account.

When I write to you, I really need a genuine response, not to delay & write me over the weekend how you still forwarded my concern and proof of payment to the finance department when it's not doing its work. >>finance@justmarkets.com

very bad broker that keeps delaying your withdrawal request for no reason

Ever since my first withdrawal request, they keep delaying my withdrawal request for the same reason. The reason is only to review and monitor my trading activities. By giving this reason, they could drag the withdrawal to longer and longer times that the timing become undefined.

At first they told me that they needs my verification for the source of funds that deposited into my account, this i could understand , they requested my bank statements and letter from company to verify the funds that goes into my bank. This is very funny and weird because they have to checked that details just for a normal withdrawal of the money that i originally deposited into the account.

Whenever you ask them why is them needing that much of documents , they will just provide you the same reason saying that it is their regulatory requirements. After i provided every documents that requested by them, they have no more extra reason to drag my withdrawal request for any longer time. They just approved it afterwards.

At this moment i thought that i could be able to withdraw the rest of the funds from the account.
But, the same issues came again after the withdrawal request has been made, they start telling you this " The withdrawal processing time mentioned in clause 5.3.8 can be more than 2 (two) business days in case if the transaction becomes subject to the increased monitoring or account is under the periodic review or the Company conducts a survey of the Client’s trading operations. In such cases the Company undertakes to complete the withdrawal as soon as such review or survey is completed." , which is whenever you talk to their support agent they will send you the same things. This means the duration for the withdrawal request to be processed is undefined and they could just keep dragging longer and longer for no reason even though your account has been verified and there is no problem to your account.

My first deposited is at 14/12/2023 and till now i haven't able to takes out all my funds inside. Please beware of this broker.

Took my profit

my account got profit up to 1000$ and when i wanna withdraw they decide to closed my account and take my profit. There is no clear explanation from the broker and they said its final decision of the company

It is not possible to withdraw, stay away, a fraudulent company par excelle

I opened an account and deposited the money before the authentication was accepted, and after I completed the deposit, they refused the authentication. I tried in every way to authenticate the account, and every time they came up with a new excuse.
