binarytilt.com unavailable in the UK due to regulations

Hi All
does anyone know what is happening with BinaryTilt.com ? as of this week (5th Mar 2018) there is a message on BinaryTilt.com trading website that 'BinaryTilt is currently not available in the UK due to regulations'

I cannot get support to answer me and of course the phones are not answered.......

regards

Oct 10, 2017 - 1 Star Hi
after depositing £5000 into Binary Tilt account (very pushy salesman) I have been requesting the promised support and signals etc.............
Today my 'account manager' informed me that the VIP platform for BinaryTilt is MAXCFD and I need to deposit further funds in to that separate platform (owned by Chmni Holdings same as BinaryTilt)...................
I must have been drunk on the day I deposited ridiculous amount of money into BinaryTilt in the first place and now have read all these worrying reviews............
but the separate MAXCFD VIP platform is a new move ? or have others heard the same ?
I of course ended up qith a 'bonus' that I never asked for or understood what it was - and so technically I am tied in to Binary Tilt until I have traded 40 x £3000..............
There is NO withdrawal option anywhere on my BinaryTilt platform - nor even can I find my 'account number'..............

Thieves and scammers

I opened an account with Binary tilt in August 2017 after following a sponsored Facebook ad (with falsely claims). I then deposited $250 and immediately got that bad feeling. I never even traded once on their platform and when I wanted to withdraw my initial deposit in January 2018 they first removed my money and then closed the account.

"They" (Dominic Nova, Michael Van Cleef and James Goodman) called me and wrote to me several times during the months "I was with them", but when I now try to contact Binarytilt I get no response. Support is not supportive so to speak.

Theft and fraud.

I joined Binarytilt in November 2017. After I successfully win some trades, I requested for a withdrawal as my account was authorised successfully. However, up till now my request was not processed. We communicated by email and their support staff always tell me that they looking into it or they are having some technical issues. Now, I can't even login into my account anymore and no replies to my email. My withdrawal request is still not processed.

SCAMMERS DO NOT USE BINARYTILT.COM OR THEIR SISTER SITE ANOTRADE.COM

As of today 10/01/2018 I received a call from (+44) 020 3608 8301 asking me why I haven't used my account and I told him exactly why; he was then very aggressive and rude telling me to buy Ripple, so I refused and told him I'd like a full refund, but to no avail as flat out refused and he hung up.

I have contacted many times but they never reply and if you do manage to get through they will simply hang up on you if you request a refund.

SCAMMERS DO NOT USE BINARYTILT.COM EVER OR THEIR SISTER SITE ANOTRADE.COM

Binary Tilt are a fraudulent trading house. They scammed >AUD600k from 4 of us under false promises & lies. They have now stopped all contact $ deny any withdrawals. They told us the Michelle Caserleris the key chief broker was badly injured in a car accident in London & yet I read reports of her still trying to scam investors in Dec2017.

Binarytilt is a scam !!

Binarytilt is a scam !! They contacted me by phone 2 senior accounts of Binarytilt, they told me to invest before 2000e and then 3000e in August, writing to me that I would have capital + profits back; They gave me 2500 bonuses not asked; I am profitable; The account is + 8675e; They do not make me withdraw money; I did ask the money from the lawyer; No reply. You do not trust Binarytilt and you do not invest money; employees and company are not serious; Throw the money

Another victim of Binary Tilt

I am another victim of Binary Tilt.

I deposited with them 5,250 usd and almost certainly lost them.
A couple of week after the deposit and sensing that something was wrong, I tried to withdraw 3,000 usd. My request was never answered and a few days later they changed my password and proceeded to do 7 trades without my knowledge.
Out of these 7 trades, 3 trades supposedly won small amounts and 4 trades lost large amounts.
With the account manager I am not getting anywhere.
I am now looking at my legal options (if there are any) to try and get something back.
I read about one company that is supposed to help in this domain: www.winchargeback.com. Does anyone know them?
