I also have to give this a two star rating, but this applies strictly to the US market. The purchase process was fine and utilized standard 3rd party transaction services. The price for a single demo and single live account is good. And the autotrading features work fairly well with clearly identified entry and exit markers.

However, for the US market, this software WILL NOT WORK! In the US, hedging is disallowed on the FOREX market. This EA relies heavily on hedging. As such, the EA will open a position and then try to hedge the position, causing a constant error and leaving the investor in a bad position. One must close out the current position for the hedge order to go through, defeating the purpose.

When I tried to contact the company about the issue, I got no response.

I gave the EA two stars for price and the fact that it does work, just not in the US. As far as the US is concerned, I would give this ZERO stars.

Buyer beware Profit Alliance's terms and conditions states that under no circumstances will there be a refund issued. Even if the product doesn't work. I offer a quote "Neither this agreement nor any documentation furnished under it is intended to express or imply any warranty that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted, timely, or error free". To me it says that if the product doesn't work too bad. The robot appears to be doing quite well on account, that being said I would want them to be accountable for fixing or replacing a product that doesn't work.

I give it a two star rating for it's by far inferior product accountability.
