We are a group of litigants - 13 in all - who successfully filed a court order requiring David Hick of GlobalFX Management Trading to refund us our invested money totalling over 3 Million GBP including supposed profits. Our claim was upheld by the Commercial Court in London on 8 Oct 2014. We also opened a website to expose David Hick and Global FX which is posted elsewhere on your own website - davidhick.com - and we have the aim mostly of warning others not to invest with him, and ultimately - perhaps unlikely - of getting our money back. The website davidhick.com contains a lot of information showing that Hick's set-up is fraudulent. He has conned millions from unwary investors with a sophisticated website, clever sales methods, and Ponzi type techniques - paying out a little here and there in order to encourage people to invest more. It's a long story, but we have heard from many, many people who have had their money taken. Whilst he issues "Monthly statements" to a few remaining "clients", most people, myself included, cannot get a reply from him, and this has been so commonly since the end of 2013. When the court decision that he repay us our funds was sent to all his known addresses, he chose to remain silent and has remained so since. he was last known to be residing in Sao Paolo, Brazil and is known to some as John Warner. Whatever you do, don't put money their way unless you're feeling charitable towards crooks.
