Uniglobe Markets blocked my account without any reason

I have all the evidence to say it because I've been a client of Uniglobe markets since 2016. Support team manage all the things until the client loses, and does everything very fast. They talk very smoothly. Lot of people trust Uniglobe Markets because of the Support team's speeches. But after Uniglobe Markets start cheating , all clients can see the real truth of the support team and Uniglobe Markets. They want only the client's deposit. After the client starts making profit , Uniglobe Markets use tricks to cheat and make the client lose. If a client asks about it , then the support agent says it as a technical error. On the other hand, after a client gets experience and starts to make profit continuously Uniglobe Markets don't want to give any withdrawal. They will suspend your account and try to find any illegal method or rule violation point. If they cannot find any small rules violation or illegal thing about trading account related, they suspend accounts and block you from chat. I can explain all the tricks they use with clear evidence. I like to explain only my final experience here.

I did all the things according to rules and regulations. Everytime all the account related things I did discuss with support agent Natasha. Because I read rules and agreements in 2016, I want to know every time If they change any rules. The Uniglobe Markets support team also knows that. I asked about the withdrawal in the first week of 2023-February from the support agent. She explained. But 08th of February 2023 Uniglobe Market blocked all profit available accounts without any reason. They just send one email as below.

"This email is regarding your trading accounts *****4, 7***** & *****6. Please be informed that your trading accounts are under the review by our Compliance Department. Please note this is a general practice used by our compliance team for investigation of activities in the trading accounts"

Since 2018 I have read lots of bad comments about Uniglobe Markets on the internet. In the 2018 , 2019 period several times I asked about bad reviews and account block reasons from Natasha via Skype.

I asked: "I saw several bad comments on the internet, Is it any wrong with my account or trade methods? If I make a profit will Uniglobe tell me about old wrongs?"
Natasha said :"who told those lies to you. Uniglobe markets never find old wrongs of clients. uniglobe market never blocked or stop withdrawal any clients"
I asked : "what are the major rules when we trade"
Natasha said : "Just keep minimum 2 minutes open trade without close"
I asked : "what are the reasons for accounts blocked"
Natasha said : "Uniglobe markets never block clients accounts. if you make profit withdrawal can take. If a client does any wrong, the company will inform & warn about it before block. If anything happened we are with you to solve it"

Above conversation happened in the 2018, 2019 period. I believed those statements as true until 2023. But 08 th of February 2023 Uniglobe Markets blocked my accounts without any reason or any notice. Then I asked about the above compliance review email from the support agent. (whatsapp number +9184***88055) Then she told me,
"I don't have experience with compliance review. I can't do anything. Please send emails to the company and ask it from the account section. If they update, we will inform you. Otherwise nothing to do"

All the things previously Natasha said are lies. Didn't send any reply to my emails. After about 5 days I again asked about it from whatsapp. I sent screenshots of the above 2018, 2019 Skype conversation to her and asked what do you say about your answers now. Then she said ,
"I'm just an employee of Uniglobe Markets. I can't take responsibility for what Uniglobe Markets do. Bad comments may be true , may be false. All the people not telling the truth. If all are saying the truth , no problem in the world" kind of thing. Then I said that "Uniglobe Market doesn't have at least basic ethics. If Uniglobe Markets give atleast small value to the client , Uniglobe Market should reply to their client's email." Then she said that "Yes, I agree with you"

I waited 2 weeks. I wrote lots of emails with my evidence attachments to prove that I did all the things according to rules and regulations. But no reply came from Uniglobe Markets. Then again I contacted a support agent. Then I asked about why Uniglobe Markets did this kind of cheating to an honest legally worked client. Then she said,
"I know it, you are one of my best clients. I can't understand why Uniglobe Markets did this for your account.There are a lot of good forex broker companies available in the world. you can trade well. Because of that, join with OTHER GOOD forex broker company". (The conversation was in local language whatsapp +9184***88055 , I can provide screenshots of all conversations) If someone recommends uniglobe Markets ,if someone says this broker as a good broker, it is the biggest joke.

Until the deposits are taken, Uniglobe Markets support agents talk very nicely. They will help very well. But what is the value of it? When withdrawal problems or account problems come to clients they just say send email to Uniglobe Markets. Uniglobe Market never sends replies to this kind of matters. Because they are fraudsters. Maybe the support team speaks very well. But what is the importance of the support team's beautiful stories, if Uniglobe Market CEO, Managers, Directors, Accounting Section and top level are thieves. They are not doing any compliance review. They use compliance review messages to block accounts and remove good traders. Uniglobe Markets only want depositors. As a trick maybe they give some small withdrawals. If Uniglobe Markets is a true broker , why didn't they reply to client email, why didn't they give any update. Why do they close live chat without answering questions? Because Uniglobe Markets are fraudsters.

Now It's taken about 2 months to suspend my accounts without any update. I did everything according to all rules & regulations. If Uniglobe Markets do not give withdrawal to about 7 years of legally worked honest customers, who can get withdrawals from Uniglobe Markets? They don't want good traders, legally working customers. Actually Uniglobe Markets don't want to give withdrawals. Deposit hunters. They wait until the trader loses and wait to take the next deposit. Uniglobe Markets use lots of tricks to do it. I can explain all the things with evidence. But I don't try to do it in this review. Because this will be much longer. Some are saying that all true negative comments Uniglobe Markets removed from their facebook page without giving any answer. Surely Uniglobe Markets will try to remove this review from FPA. But in FPA It will be difficult.

If someone still believes Uniglobe Markets as a good broker, be careful. I understood the truth after 6 years. You won't get a total deposit at least . 28 th of February 2023 Uniglobe Markets blocked my whatsapp number without saying anything.

I can provide all the evidence to prove my experience I mentioned here.If the FPA team wants any evidence about my statements I can provide all the things. If anyone joins Uniglobe Markets without believing those true comments, definitely they will suffer one day.  Uniglobe Markets representatives heartly know all I mention here as true.

We believed that the uniglobe markets is good broker, because When we asked questions about money deposit, it has been explained very well. Talks very nicely to take our money. But one occasion I asked about something that had been described on the internet regarding a profitable account suspend without any reason. Support agent Natasha got angry about that question. She said that go and ask about it from commented person. She didn't has answer for question because all fault at Uniglobe markets.  She said a lot of unnecessary things. She said "Forex is illegal in your country. We provide details of people who write bad reviews about us to central banks in your country. Then they will fired from their jobs. Uniglobe will give return that way".

After she said all of those things she blocked my telegram chat. I cant believe that behaviour. Lot of people had very bad experience about Uniglobe Markets, they suspend lot of accounts after get profit. If some one make profit with the follow of all the rules, they say that "account under the review by our Compliance Department" and block. I luckily survived. If someone deposit funds at uniglobe markets, they will definitely lost hard earned money. Also they will lost their time.

If some one think to join uniglobe markets please read this, I found lots of details about this broker. Trust all bad reviews about Uniglobe markets in the internet and get away from uniglobe markets. Those are true.  If you earn good profit they will start to find errors of traders. If they can't find illegal trade method, Then they will show depositer's small error and suspend account. If uniglobe market unable to found at least a small error of client, they suspend accounts and not answer to any question. If you are trade and make profit according to all rules and conditions definetely Uniglobe markets suspend your account and they take your account to Uniglobe account department and they say it is being reviewed by their "Compliance Department". That's the way Uniglobe markets takes money from clients if they are unable to find any small error of client. I could find lot of people faced to this Compliance incident. Uniglobe markets uses compliance review to take money from those who follow all the rules and regulations. If some one ask about Compliance errors from support people they don't give reliable answer. Because all they are waiting for take deposit only. If anyone trust Uniglobe Market and deposit money, without beleive this type of true comments one day he/she definitely suffer. They will not get even total deposit.

Date: 20 Dec 2022. Hi, I am Raja from Bangalore, India. I was using uniglobe markets mt4 account(a/c id:656917). I was deposited 25000 INR on Feb 2021. Recently my mt4 account was not working. I was suggested by uniglobe markets team to use mt5 account. I got mt5 account id(a/c id: 795102). But my balance 25000INR was not transferred from mt4 account to mt5 account. I approached the technical team. There is no response. Don't invest money in Uniglobe markets forex broker.

I was trading with Uniglobe for about 6 months and made a little profit of just over 800usd
I was submitting a withdrawal request about 4 times but they didn`t proceed with my request; my money are still in my mt4 account
Tried to chat with them on a few occasions, but they close the chat in my face for no reason... they blocked me from the chat when I gave them a low score... I email them about 4 times with no reply; very rude people and the worst experience I had with a broker

They have mentioned on their website that stop out level is 70% which is the biggest draw back of this broker. This broker don't want Trader's to earn money rather interested in client losing money. Generally as per brokering industry norm the minimum stop out level can be from 20% to 40%. So don't waste your hard earned money with this broker ans chose a Professional Globally recognised forex broker

These scammers scammed my 698.57 dollar. Mr. Anwar Hossain, account manager in uniglobemarkets lured me here and lied about everything. He simply disappeared after my deposit. I made a good profit in 1 month of trading, then I requested a partial withdrawal of USD 200, nothing happened in 5 days, nobody responded to my emails, Mr Anwar sees my message in whatsapp but never respond. On 6th day, someone from accounts team called me and told me that my withdrawal was not processed as my account manager is in holiday, I have to re-submit my withdrawal request, then it will be processed immediately. I did it and next day they disabled my account and sent me the following email !

This email is regarding your trading accounts xxxxx. Please be informed that your MT4 account is under the review by our Compliance Department and till the account is in review you will not be able to open or close any new trades..

I tried everything to contact them, nobody replies. After 10 days of struggle, I got following email:

as per the feedback from the team we have noticed that arbitrage strategies had been used to earn the profit.

I did plain trading with technical analysis, no news trading, no scalping, no EA, nothing, still they disabled my account and didn’t give me my initial deposit.

They are market maker broker, if you make good profit, they will simply disable your account and rob your money. They even won’t give you your initial deposit. Stay away from these scammers.
