I thought I'd share a few thoughts on the First Strike Trader trade copier service. First off, I’ve been in the Forex arena for the past 10+ years and during that time I've personally forward-tested dozens of EAs, managed accounts and auto-traded signals services.

9 times out of 10 I lost money and would pull the plug before completely blowing up my accounts. Other times, the trader would go into a steep drawdown and blow it up for me before I could revoke the LPOA. Needless to say, my attitude towards automated Forex systems is a lot more cautious and skeptical these days than most.

Last year I was invited to be part of an 'Advanced Beta Test' for the automated trade copier side of First Strike Trader. To be honest, it took a lot longer than expected in the beginning for things to get up and running, but I’ve been impressed by what I’ve seen so far (I’ve also made some nice pips in my live account).

Although Kevin (the trader) has been sending out some really accurate daily signals using his counter-trend strategy (never seen a strategy quite like his by the way), he has mostly kept the trade copier side of things turned off during all the recent volatility we’ve had this summer. I thought that was a wise move on his part.

Just like a needle in a haystack, it’s hard to find a legit trader as talented as Kevin is, not to mention one who’s also risk adverse and cuts losing trades short to limit the downside. It’s even rarer to find a trader like him that allows you to piggy back off his skills and grow your money passively.

Both Kevin and his right-hand man, Al at First Strike Trader are class acts and I’m looking forward to a very profitable fall season using their trade copier.
