We invest 500$ with them in promesses that they will help feuctify it. After one week they ask for 750$ for the signal. After two more weeks we’ve got 22 532$ in our accompagné with them. We ask to transfer the funds in our wallet but they noe ask for a 4,5% vat tax so we pay a little bit more then 1000$ and now after 5 more days they want another 1000$ but we never gonna see our money. I sorry but I’m French and my English is not really good
Its 24 hours I bought a licence of the Remote trade copier but not even a single email from them, neither is my product delivered to me.
I heard alot of good things about them but am not happy with this experience at all. This is one of the most terrible customer service I have come across.
I am still waiting, once I dont get my product after tomorrow, I would declare them as scam.

Worst experience. i used this copier. very slow speed and specially Mr kevin is fraud person. and befool man. i have given him 330 dollars but i have lost my money. he does not talk with me after receive money. he is vietnamese. and vietnamese people is mostly fraud. please stay away from this person. he is not professional. We have been always respond to your emails and chats. We have completed the custom version for you as your request as our agreement and it worked. Why do you comment those things to us?

Worst customer service ever seen! Using remote copier with own loyal clients his server somehow removed us all from master copier and when seeking help decides to be 'away' and not answer questions! Posted screenshots and more than helpful after paying lots of money for mediocre software. Bad value

Can you please describe your case? Do you use the lastest version of the copier? We're sure that the lastest version of copier doesn't have that bug. We always try to answer every email of clients.
