Oct 4, 2021 - No Rating I am now in contact with senior management at AGEA and we try to organise SWIFT transfer of funds. The withdrawal seems legit so far but the funds have not yet hit my bank though. Will keep you updated here.
Sep 8, 2021 - No Rating It has been a couple of weeks since I cannot access my internet dashboard, deposit or withdraw from France, it seems every internet access is blocked from Europe, Japan and US. I tried contacting support@agea.com with no answer...could someone from support answer here?

It’s a decent broker. I trade with agea for a relatively long time, and there were no serious negative nuances during trading in their platform agea.trade. The opening works as clock, you press on the button and the position is opened in a sec. The same reaction rate is when closing orders. Execution deserves the highest praise.

They keep asking for documents to be scanned in a certain way when you do what they want they make up an excuse not to open the account for you after asking for sensitive documents such as birth certificates! Wheres all those stolen documents going to once we give them and what are they harvested and used for? What amazes me the most is that whenever you query about these things those so called security people give you attitude. They only open accounts for their favourite clients and give privileges to certain race of people!

This is my first European broker. The spreads are good, the choice of the trading type includes webtrading or MT4, and the withdrawal takes a few days. Before AGEA, I traded with various offshore brokers. There was no sense of security, so I decided to look for safer options. AGEA attracted me by the fact that it's a European broker with excellent spreads. For example, the EURUSD spread is one pip, the GBPUSD - one and a half. True, this broker demanded a lot of personal data at an account registration (document with photo, adress), but the effort was worth it. The security of the money earned is definitely worth it, that's what I mean.

They paid my withdrawals in time

So far both of my withdrawals were paid in a few hours and that is the most important factor for me.
I had mixed experience with other brokers, but so far I can't say anything bad about this company. What I particularly like about them is that their own platform doesn't force you to trade fixed lots. It's not like on MT4 that you fill 0.1 lots then they lock 10000 quantity of margin, but it's the other way around. You can trade any quantity you want, like 123, or similar. So you can be very flexible with your money management even on a small account.
And there is no SWAP. No matter how long I holded a position, I was never charged with SWAP.

Deleting positions (FAKE Review attacking a competing broker)

Thought it is safe to trade with this broker, but this is a scam. They are earning by deleting my positions on purpose. All my profitable positions were deleted because they were copied. Such a horrible experience!!

I have an account with them for a few years now, love the clear design on both web and platform, easy to follow for a newbie like me. But they do provide MT4 platform though.
Moreover, I have traded the no deposit reward for a long time; it is withdrawable even before I made my initial deposit with them.
The best part is they have a multi-languages support channel, quite helpful for me.

I have been using AGEA's very own Webtrader platform for the past year (suited me most as a newbie). They have just released Agea.trade and I could not be happier. Everything is just a click away and it has been translated to over 50 worldwide languages. I think their customer service was and remains to be one of the best I have encountered, they respond so fast and in my native language!!.

AGEA IS SCAM
I am trading with AGEA from a while but now i knew that the AGEA is a scam.at 2 january 2019 i saw a breakout in GBP/AUD pair in AGEA chart but when i open mql5 i shocked that the high price was only 1.81654 while this day in AGEA chart in GBP/AUD the price reached at 1.88736. this very difference in AGEA and others chart. I lost all my money .

My favourite forex broker so far
This is by far my favourite broker. Been with them since Marketiva (10 years +).
Honestly, it is not a perfect broker, but double thumbs up for continuously improving their service.
Once I have to quit trading for quite some time (years) due to personal issues and left my account unattended during the duration. When I'm ready to trade back, I found out that Marketiva is no longer available. After some research, I found out they have rename their brokerage to AGEA. My thoughts at that time was, "there goes my money in the old Marketiva account". But I proceed to login anyway and to my surprise my money is still in there. If it were some other dishonest broker, the account would probably be disabled or deleted.
Yes, this is not the most perfect broker in the world, there are things that I don't like about it (like no scalping/cannot set SL/TP at +-7pips), but at the same time, there are things that I like about them (fast & friendly support/easy withdrawal process, etc)
If you are looking for forex broker, give it a try. You'll get $5 when you sign up on Streamster account, verify the account with ID & Utility Bills (keep a copy as it will be used during withdrawal process). On streamster, you can trade both actual and demo account as long as you want. So I completely recommended it for every newbies.

You will never get your money back
Impossible to get my money out! I have NEVER had such a bad experience with any broker. Tried multiple times to withdraw funds and simply getting nowhere, disgraceful service with a complete lack of support or help in anyway at all. Card originally used has expired, they reject my new card, reject request for bank transfer! Keep well clear of this company. Thieves.

About the execution, all orders are executed instantly and we have various Access Points to improve the latency of our clients, you may try setting a different Access Point manually.
About the Credit Card deposits, it is clearly stated that for that method the minimum period for withdrawal is 60 days from the date of each deposit. We do offer various deposit options that does not have any minimum period required to withdraw.

Be very careful with this broker, they deleted my live account without reason and now I contact support and they tell me to open another account, how i'm supposed to open another account?? what if they close it suddenly again? horrible broker and support.

We do not delete accounts without reason, and we do not delete accounts with real funds on them. We always communicate it by e-mail.

Normal reasons for account deletion are: Accounts are deleted at registration when the contact information is invalid and the account is not verified, when there are multiple accounts operated by the same person and when trying to commit a fraud with our bonus program.

We have already sent you an email containing the reasons. None of the accounts you were operating had deposits and they were all used only with the goal of committing a fraud with our reward program.
While reviewing your account our support personnel confirmed there are multiple accounts you were using to access our services.
AGEA allows one user to register and operate one account only. By operating multiple accounts an individual is able to misuse our rewards program and profit from similar prohibited activities.
Due to the major breach of our policies, we have terminated these accounts.

Very careful: Read first their deposit and withdraw commission policy to avoid big shocked.
This week I had opened my real account with them and verified. My testing deposit is $5 via Neteller. After deposit I am shocked. Normally we are pay very less commission even commission free some brokers for deposit and withdrawal or use one way commission, but here I got 3.70$ in my account after deduct deposit commission. 2nd problem is, they don't provide MT4 platform or can't login any MT4 platform, bound to use their buil in server platform as like c trader. No way to use personal EA / Indicator here. Anyway, in 2 days balance reached 10$, now have to test withdrawal performance.Withdrawal option is 200% surprised, first time have to pay $7 commission fixed for neteller. Now finally decided, Lot of brokers are there, so no need to trade with this broker. I will never suggest to my friends for this broker.

About deposit fees, we do not charge for deposits, we credit the exact amount we receive from the payment processor.
About MT4, we do provide it, our support personnel can guide you on how to set it and download it. You can use your personal EA/Indiciators.
About withdrawals fees, for Neteller we do charge a $7 fee for the first withdrawal only, it is mentioned on our website http://www.agea.com/index.ncre?page=price-list the charge is related with the $5 real money bonus that is provided at the moment your account is verified.

This is scam company, they have dealing desk with 'fixed spread'. Their price quoting is always at their advantage, I compare their quote with other brokers, such FXCM, Onda, Alpari, I found that AGEA sometimes is manipulating the price quote in their AGEA platform(former Marketiva). And one very ridiculous stuff, is that I used to live in the Nethrlands, I deposit money into AGEA account with my dutch bank account, but several years later, I come back to Finland, I canceled my dutch account, and I want to withdraw my money from AGEA account back, they refuse! They said they only withdraw to the same account which deposits, I seriouly told them that I dont have that account anymore, but they refuse to do anything to help me, I even told them I could prove that my Finnish bank account belongs to me, they still said nothing they will discuss about this, always no further reply to me, at least three times I have asked! So I left my money to rot in AGEA account(though not much, only 50 euros), it is a dead account now. And that rule is not written anywhere when I applied the account, this is a pure scam method to keep their customers trading.

I have been with them for 2 years, trading silver commodities. Till some weeks ago everything was fine but suddenly they doubled the spread . At old days it would be something between 0,06 and 0,10 now is 0,20... wich i think is unacceptable ! I wonder why ... and i wonder if you have the same spread ?

Long time ago - around 2010 Marketiva provide 1$ real money Free to any new Client. So i tried the 1$ real money and trading it. The first month of my trading the 1$ acc had grown into 50%, same also with the second month 50% and the third month also 50%. Until at the beginning at the fourth month they closed my account with no explanation.
I tried to ask them via chat,....but then after i told them what happened and after they checked my account number, they just banned me from the chat room. With no explanation
I tried to emailed them, but no replied
I dont have proofs because at that time i dont care too much...because it's not my money anyway. But given the situation they have lied to me that i can trade and grow their 1$ Free account.
I dont mean to discredit Marketiva, im just telling the truth. And i think i need to say this, so all the other Traders may know.

trading with them since 2006, never problem with withdrawal even > $1000. The only disadvantage is quantity limit. 100.000 with novativa streamster account. And no hedging if your account is big enough. But in new company (agea) marketiva can trade till 2000.000 quantity limit with MT4 account. I think it a good progress.

i have been trading with this broker for 4 months. Deposit several times and no problem at all. Had WD once, all of my deposit n the profit as well, moved to new account.
So far so good, except the platform. I had to use MT4 platform from other broker for its much easier to watch several chart simultaneously which MV platform can't.

The server always hang when I want to execute an order, even without news hour. I found it when you trade during London and NY hours. They playing with your emotions so you cannot concentrate. This is not for the scalpers platform, maybe for swingers who do not have enough money. Best when you day trading with that free 5 US$ in balance. The question is how long will you make a decent profit from it. The platform is very simple, I guess it is for learning not to make profit from it. I am not recommended to put your money above 500 US$. Beside that the withdrawal fast enough within hours for small amount of money. Good for learning, bad for make a living.

I have been trading on marketiva platform for over 2 years. the only time is less active is when i use a lower kbp internet connection. and my withdrowal come to me on time. most of these accusations are baseless. a good trader can not place 50 trade orders in a month, i guest these complaints is comming from the 95 % fx looser. stop transfering agression on the Brokery. 1- 100 livarage is good enough for all.

I'm a nubie in forex and i use MV platform, i think they are good broker, I've read all the review for MV and i think those bad review come from the bad result of your trading, bad review b'cos of the red pips you got...
About the spead, it ok for me.... I play GU and the spread is 4 pips and for me its ok...
About your miss TP or SL, you all are expert but why you cant think about the spread when you placing your TP or SL, this nubie will give you some example, your long pos GU open at 1.5000 and your tp in 1.5550, the price need to reach 1.5554/5 to close your pos and this is the same thing in your sell pos and this also work to your SL.... well this is my nubie opinion...

the platform is ok, but they have hidden policies(cannot close more than 50 positions in a 4hour trade). this is very user unfriendly. if such limit is xceeded, u will automatically be barred from placing any trade for the next 7days. CAN U IMAGINE!!!!!!!

This broker is a cheat i dont recommend anybody to touch this bucketshop.in the past ive seen spreads upto 80 pips and always freezing platform during critcal news times.they will say its your connection but dont believe them they are criminal minds and probably a matter of time b4 they are locked up.If you dont believe me why not try a demo and trade during non farm e.t.c then u will get what i mean.

I use this broker for 1.2 years, no big problem, but they like pip tricket and just as other members said, limitation is quite a lot. but still stable for deposit and withdraw. Suitable for who have 10k USD or less money inverstor play on it.

There are limitations which they do not tell you initially. But after you get involved - deposit funds, open positions - you face these limitations and they can cause a lot of trouble:
- max number of open positions: 50
- max number of active orders: 100
- max number of closed positions per 7 days: 200
- some other minor limitations
When a limitation is reached, a dialog box appears in their client application saying about the limitation. Afterwards you can not place orders.
