Jul 11, 2021 - 1 Star Rude and disgusting service.
Their website says that VPS service will be available right away after payment confirmation but my VPS wasn't delivered to me while status of my invoice waw showing paid. I contacted support and they told me that they don't have access to my account and send support an email and closed the chat. Instead of trying to resolve problem they logged off and left me to contact them via emails. Very Poor, how can I trust trading on their infrastructure if their service is just low standard

Been with them for some time now and never had one single issue, everytime i need their support its always very helpfull to understand and solve my questions.

For me their strong point is the speed of the connection, never saw a better ping and speed always around 1GB

I am pretty new to forex so starting off with the right VPS provider was essential for me. TradingFXVPS.com provided me with the right platform to get my forex journey started. I run around five MT4 platforms and these work without any issues on their base plan. Tonnes of RAM and processing power and adequate disk space is all you need and TradingFXVPS.com provides much more than that. There is almost negligible latency between my VPS and my forex broker. Customer service is also top-notch. There is nothing to complain about, and I am an extremely satisfied customer. 10/10 stars for the best in the industry.

I am not a blind buyer or buy something on instinct but always do my due diligence and researched before I buy something. Concerning TRADINGFXVPS: I started with the TRIAL VPS HOSTING offer which costs just USD 3,99/mo and I was very pleased with their service and the ease I could setup everything - both on MAC and iPhone. Meanwhile I have been using their service for more than two months. I purchased the STANDARD package where I run two MT4 LIVE and two MT4 DEMO accounts. (BTW: if you purchased one package from them right after the TRIAL period you get an extra discount!). I don’t have to worry whether my Internet is running properly or Power is on. The latency to my both Brokers is very good (always check that prior to investing in an VPS provider!). Beside I have a MAC and the MT4 platform for MAC is missing some important features you only have on WINDOWS. So that saved me the costs for Parallels also. I might upgrade to their ADVANCE package as I need some further LIVE and DEMO accounts for different strategy testing. Beside their eMail support is very responsive. Therefore 5 stars from me!

The live support is good. Tried a trial with them and finally decided to try a full month with them. The ping to my broker is 1-2ms which I find is very good and price plan is reasonable compare to others.
