Quick update: It's been another week and they still ignore my emails, I will keep trying but am resigning myself to the fact that they have stolen my deposit.
2016-06-17 1Star I deposited $500 with them, trading conditions are good on MT4, however I have been trying for the past 2 weeks to withdraw my deposit without any luck, customer support is good when you deposit money but becomes extremely bad when you try withdraw your money, they ignore you completely, there is no number to phone no live chat and they do not respond to your emails.
I will update if things change but it appears they have stolen my original deposit, approach them with caution.
