Slow, untrustworthy and poopy

Service use: Live Length of use: 0-3 Months
1) after letting them know i couldn't log in on the software, but i could on the webplatform with the same details (copy/paste) they send me an email (twice) giving me my recently changed password in plain text. Meaning they probably don't save it encrypted.

2) Their mail said the same, twice.... (not quoted, figure of speach) => "you probably used the wrong details, here are the correct ones"

3) while trading, quite a lot of times the platform didn't react fast enough or sometimes not at all. My laptop is a Gaming laptop. And never had those issues with other platforms. So no, it is not my fault.
