After several trading rooms and courses and search for good education I found this company many years ago. I found a community that felt like a group of good friends, with all the support and education I could wish for. An excellent video education center, a chatroom that was always online and where you could ask any question and get help, above the outstanding and fast support individually, They are really going the extra mile for you. And for the trading itself, you don't buy just indicators. You buy the whole package, including very advanced software that is always being updated, full support and problem solving, education in their trading strategy and webinars 3-4 days a week. The only thing you need to do is learn, learn and learn. Dive into it, ask questions and don't be hardheaded, don't try to change their 'system' by mixing it with your own old strategies or ideas, what they are doing is already complete and perfected in time. Five stars, absolutely.
Found this software to show me a clearer picture of trading forex

This software allows me to see more clearly where I might enter and exit trades. It combines candle stick bars and a history of where the currency pair has been, helping me to see where price might go next. I find it really useful.
The set-up of the indicator was great. I cannot complain about the initial sells speeches to make the sale, and later, how helpful they were getting me up and running after the sale.
The definition of white glove was displayed. And to their credit (among the NUMEROUS emails back and forth) we were told they would make sure it was up and running. At one point the the indicator was freezing up my NT platform, but they managed to fix that.
That being said this indicator is not your average 200 dollar indicator. It was almost 600 dollars for the software. Plus, after the initial six months, you have to pay almost 400 dollars per year to continue membership. So you never really have a place where the indicator is paid off because there is always another fee. But, this allows continued access to the room. And we knew this in advance.
We were hesitant to make this purchase because I was worried about my comprehension of it. But nobody can blame them for our decision. We really thought we had done diligence.
In this room they have a scanner that you can use. I was never able to understand how to use it in the 6 months. I am new to XABCD patterns. I really wanted this indicator to add my own patterns, but was never able to understand how to set that up. So, most of my picks from the room were stopped out even though It was set it to a high percentage, That wasn't because they wouldn't help, but because I didnt know what I was doing. TRAINING! I was never sure what trades to enter because I didnt know what to look for. To this day I have no idea what patterns the indicator finds. I dont know what an ETP is either and how to handle it when it shows up on the screen.
It seems they have designed it so you must forever go into the Members area to retrieve your download/license number for the NT, the MT4 and the MT5. Also in the Members area you could access the seminars done several times a week. Also in the Members areas you are able to watch training videos. But that was not easy with nobody to ask questions.
However, after a few months I began to avoid using the MT4 and the MT5 indicator because I constantly had to retrieve the license from the site. For some reason I constantly received a message that my indicator was not licensed and had to add it again and again over the past few months.
Before I made the purchase, I had read the FPA review below. But there was only one negative so I guess I over looked it. The review mentioned the lack of training. And I experienced this myself. They want you to go into the membership and watch videos, but that was not working well for me.
One thing I had communicated to them in our back and forth emails was my cognitive issues. I had mentioned I was unable to grasp the Scott Carney indicators so why would this be easier? I was assured they would help. But I dont think the salesman listened.
This week (April 21) again I had not been able to access my MT5 indicator so I went inside to locate the license and try it again. I asked one question in the chat, 'did anyone else have a problem with their MT4 'indicator' but apparently this was taboo for a non member to do and I was booted out immediately. I received an email within minutes that said "I saw your comment in the chat, your license had just rolled over since the membership had just expired."
But it just expired? Then why wasn't I able to use the members scanner several weeks ago? The scanner was not displaying recent dates of patterns. Nevertheless, I thought it was uncool that they never sent an email out to me advising my membership was coming to an end.
Sadly, I will never know about the quality of this indicator because I was never able to understand how it works. And as I said, I was never able to input my own settings because I didn't understand how to. Again, the training. Nobody to ask.
And had they paid attention they would have realized I was not in the Member's room very often. But they sure noticed when I entered last night w/o permission.
After using the software for more than three years, I can say that it is well worth it, I used to do some calculations with primitive tools to calculate fib ratios and draw some patterns, but their software makes it in a pro way and fun too. Some of the important keys in the software to me, reliability, editing ability, market scan and alerts, which can make my life simpler by putting everything in place and waiting the alarm :) I have to admit that portal dashboard needs some work of visual enhancement, but overall its fine. Customer service is one of the best teams I have worked with, and on another note, one of the team members spent more than an hour to guide me on a personal decision about immigrating to Canada and best place to live in. Training videos are well done, many of them are usable without their system and you can access them for free on their YouTube channel, in my opinion you have what you need to do a solid trading with their software and training. If you like harmonic patterns, this is exactly what you need.

The software is As advertised, and the so called training is worthless

The norm is that people only complain when something does not go their way. Well here is my 2 cents. I would give the Harmonic Software itself 4 Stars, but the support/Training is Horrible. As a consumer in this particular case, I know and understand that I am NOT the only customer. In the beginning the services are Extremely nice and you begin to feel that you've made a very good choice, but once you're invested( They get your money. Its like tying a string to a silver dollar and dropping into a vending machine and pulling it out after you get the product. You have to contact the sales person to get in contact with support in order to ask a question. After your membership expires, you cannot reference any instructions of detail about the product and its components. ( You Have to Be a Paid Member with Nothing to Reference) If challenged about what's stated, they'll gladly beg to differ. When I had the time to participate, in a few Quote on Quote Live Training Session, it was just 30 minutes wasted. If you decide to sign up, for the training which is included, be prepared to send several emails in order to get a response (If not Clear). Or just go to the Sales guy, then he'll put in a special request to have one of the two respond (Support/Customer Service). The Basic Tutorials for the Harmonic patterns and the Instructions are all on point for what it is worth (BASIC). To ease your thoughts of any type of SCAM, its far from being a scam. I feel that some company's just Like this one in particular just simply bite off more than they can chew most of the time. Would I recommend the Software, YES! But Support and Customer service and access to Basic Instructions or reference (NOT OUTSDATED Material) to help better use of the software. Forget about it.
