Opened an account with ease and received a call from my account manager at Blueberry Markets the next day to welcome me. Support are quick to respond to any questions should you need them. Shortly after opening my account I had a family emergency and had to withdraw funds, they were in my Bank the next day... impressive service!

I don’t know what to say but there is very bad customer support service working with this company. I have an issue with my account I can’t sign in and make a withdrawal. I did contact the customer service so many times and they said it will take48 hours to fix the issue. Now the week is over and nothing has been resolved. I will withdraw all my money by Monday morning and close my account. I can’t stay with a company that can’t fix very small issue.

Very Slow Website, Very Hard to Log Into Client Area

I gave this broker 5 star reviews a few months ago and wrote I would be back posting updates. It used to be quite good. But now, their website is very slow, the Sign In page doesn't seem to be work properly. Very hard to log into client area. I showed ' 504 Gateway Time-lout" . I have 1G high speed internet.
When I posted good reviews here, some service representative replied right away saying thank you.
Wondering if anybody from Blueberry Markets would come out and give us some comments on the recent bad reviews?

I opened and funded my live trading accounts ( 5 accounts are allowed, I opened a few for different trading needs). in June, 2022. My account manager is Tim. It's been 5 months so far. I got welcome phone calls and emails. I contacted Tim and and some other staff when making deposits and withdrawal. Their service is very impressive. I haven't experienced any issue from the MT4 platform during trading. No problem with my withdrawal (once) process. It was a big withdraw. Money went to my bank account directly without any problem.
Five months is not very long. I will post updated information here according my experience of dealing with the service team and using their platform.

Stay Away...

They used to be great. I remember the time Jeremy would even personally reply to clients. Today all they want is to make sure you won't be able to withdraw your profits. You're always welcome here until you decide to withdraw. Then they will make up every excuse in the book to avoid paying out, no matter how small the amount may be. Things are so bad it's hard to know if it's poor management or if they went full on scam mode!

Broker have broken site. When login to client area i dont have Access to me profile becouse i have error 8. Site working slowly and very very bad. Demo acount is under construction... I dont recommend this broker... I think this good reward is from fake acount. Support dont fix anything ...

Blueberry.com is the best broker in the world. They have very good costumer service that always responded excellently. The broker is also very good in deposit and withdrawal, no delay at all. They have good spread in their platform and I strongly recommend blueberry to any serious trader in the world to do business with them.

The release of their new client portal is a poop. There are tons of issues since then. I cannot withdraw my money. Guys you have to think about joining with them. Their agents these days especially that one is an idiot. Swear. No matter how many times you try to explain in simplier words, he/she won’t understand. He/she always misunderstood my complaints or issues that I had to request for another agent or look for Ben Clay if it’s massive issue. I will not retract this review not until they fix their withdrawal problem. I fully trusted them because of VP of No Nonsense Forex since few years back but now, I’m frustrated.

Blueberry Markets didn't approve my application without telling me why
I tried to register with BlueBerry Markets, I submitted my legitimate documents. They said they couldn't verify my documents the first time and now they said they said my application wasn't approved for reasons they cannot disclose to me, I wasn't told why, however I'm disappointed because i have heard good things about BlueBerryMarkets, but their service towards their potential customers is not fair whatsoever.

I doing trading more than ten years, Blueberry Markets is very impressive in my life. 24/7 Customer support and quick response and take action also very fast.
Once a time, the trading server crushed, and the support team also sent email asking for helping claim lost, I never have this experience before.
The withdraw is also very fast with in time message from support team once the withdraw was done.
