This trading company is SCAM,fraudt.I became victim,they stolen my money eur 2000 and blocked my trading account,they cheated me,the police must put them in jail.Iam just telling this to save the people,be carefull ! stay away from this f***ing broker.

Tradextra Warning withdrawal problems
TradeXtra = SCAM
Platform slow as a snail, found heavy riquote bitcoin, withdrawal impossible.
Sent to TradeXtra for the 6th time the requested document for account verification.
Of course no reply at all.
My account shows pending withdrawal.
Dont hesitate report the police your case. thay must be stopped.

5th time sending requested documents,
after a week a labled mail from Tradextra replays,
missing a document but did not tell me which. My account is not verified
It seems an excuse not pocedere with the withdrawal.

Dear Client,
To withdraw your funds, first, your account must be fully verified, you are still missing some documents to be fully verified, therefore your pending withdrawal request has been cancelled.
My answer.
It a month that I continue to send the documents that you're asking to me.
is the fifth time, the reason is always the same, (missing documents) I am always the same, the identity card is the same, the credit card is the same, utility bil electicity is always the same, the documents attached last email Trading agriment, deposit confirmation in color were signed in blue as required.
What do you want ?
Please be very accurate (which documents are missing?)
To whom fisical person ( name ) should be sent.

Since one month I sent many requests for withdrawal of 250 €.
Sambody ( namless ) respond that the account is not fully verified.
I still do not get answers about what document is missing.
At the present date is the fifth time that comply to their demands,
the answer is always the same.

Is just an excuse or else ?
Stay away from this unethical " broker "
