I had dealings with this Barkley Capital as well and will be filling against them with the CFTC and anyone else I can. I too worked with them aback in 2016 and I believe it was somewhere in the neighborhood of 2,000-3,000 that I had given them and of course they don't return calls. I logged back into the account a while back and now I have a negative balance. I don't understand that considering I never authorized anything else besides what I given them initially to "invest" so they said. Anyways, never trust them. I actually had a few others that got me for a lot more money back from 2016, I'll be filing complaints with FPA about them also.

I deposited $1000.00 USD on December 12, 2016 by wire transfer to Barkley Capital. I requested for a withdrawal of my deposit on December 28, 2016 and have been chasing them for my deposit since then. I contacted them by email several times but they have ignored my emails and have not transferred my deposit. I attempted calling them by phone, unfortunately the number on their website is an automated phone service that does not direct calls or receive messages. It is practically impossible for me to reach them by phone or email. My deposit of $1000.00 USD has still not been transferred to me even though their terms and conditions state that withdrawal requests may take up to 10 business days. Its been over a month since I requested for a withdrawal through their platform.
