Deleted my profits without any warning or notice

I've created an account with this broker in January, deposited 3000 euros and started traiding.
Over a period of 6 months I've had so moderate success and turned a profit around 6000 euros. I've withdrawn the initially invested 3000 euros three weeks ago and left the rest of the profit to keep trading.
Today I've received an email from them that my account was terminated and my profits were deleted according to Art. 27 from they T&C. Art 27 refers to "Gaming and/ or Abusive Strategies and/ orArbitrage".
I've placed all my trades manually according to market conditions provided by them, yet they decided to deleted my profits out of the blue.
Your time is better spent investing elswhere than with a company that decides to delete your trades when they turn a profit.

Highly recommend. Excellent liquidity and professional staff.
Our experience with Destek has been great so far. Friendly and professional staff who have a good grasp on the technical side. We plugged in to them as a broker and so far their liquidity has been second to none with limited to no slippage and what so far has been extremely fair pricing. Are also quick to process deposits and withdrawals which is key in todays market. Highly recommend.
