TradeTime.com Review

Don't use this company ! You can not trust them. A Guy named Ethan Harris called me and promised me signals and that he would be my account manager - next day a new guy called and tried to have me depositing more money - that is a clasic trick from a scam company, and of course I do not receive any signals. Spreads are cracy high and their webtrader crashed under FOMC Statement........ Not regulated.........Well do I need to say more..........STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

Recently, I chanced upon the advertisement by TradeTime offering a 100 dollars no-deposit-required bonus on investing.com.

I went on to create an account with TradeTime and received the USD 100 bonus in my TradeTime account. After two weeks of trading using that USD 100 bonus, I've managed to profit an additional USD 102. Afterwhich, I attempted to withdraw USD 100 (being the minimum withdrawal amount via wire transfer as stated on its platform). Five days later, my withdrawal request was 'cancelled' by TradeTime. Thinking that perhaps there were some technical issues, I emailed TradeTime for an explanation and made another withdrawal request. After 2 days, my 2nd withdrawal request was cancelled again and there is still no response from TradeTime's support as to why the withdrawal was cancelled. I have gone through the entire terms and conditions and see that there is no requirement for a deposit before a withdrawal could be made.

Please do not be one of those that have not just wasted their time trading on TradeTime but also deposited money and to realise later that they could not make any withdrawals.

Received a call from the phone number 02038073773 claiming that the person introduced himself as Ben from Trade Time, London. I came to know that he didn't know anything about spread betting and for names sake had a regulation form VFSC. I did not believe that he called form London as he didn't know anything about spread betting. He says forex CFD is real trading and spread betting is gambling as it is tax free in the UK. Further more they do not have FCA regulation. Although I am not sure if it is a scam company the mode of operations and the overall looks point towards that it would be a scam broker.

The worst platform you can come across, big time scammers.

I was forced to provide them with my details upon sinning up to Investing.com. After receiving a call from their "sales" guy, someone who goes under the name Mike Lucas (probably an alias), I decided to open try their platform with the minimum deposit (he claimed it is US$ 500).

One day he called me and mentioned a free "bonus" of 10K dollars, if i upgrade my account with them to 10K deposit. Mind you i never asked for any bonuses, and im not even sure how they would give someone a 10K credit line without any assurances, so the whole thing didnt make sense. Keep in mind that their sales team is so pushy that makes the whole operation extremely dodgy.

After trying their service i realized that their platform is very basic, spreads are high, and their support service, which is their major selling point keep bragging about, is nothing but an extremely bad sales pitch and extremely risky advise. After a couple of trades, they started to charge me commission all of a sudden, which works out to 2% of the trade volume!!! I made up my mind and decided stop dealing with them, and use a reputable platform instead.

Now for the worst part, when i decided to withdraw my money + profit, since i was really unimpressed with their services, came the moment of truth. After a week of placing my withdrawal request, they informed me that i cannot withdraw the profit, only the equity. The reason is, that you can only withdraw profits once your trading volume reaches above 5000x your equity plus the bonus they gave you (which i never agreed to in the first place). which in my case will equal to $100,000,000 in volume!!! I cant believe that the guy who called me to explain this said it with a serious tone, because that was the most absurd thing i ever heard in my life.

Moral of the story:
1) stay away from tradetime (and SILVER GROUP Ltd., in case they close down and operate under another name) at any cost, its a scam, complete waste of time and money. In my case it cost me 430 in profits and whatever commission they charged me.
2) Read the terms and conditions with regards to withdrawals.

Do not use this company's platform, as stated by many others, you will never ever profit a single cent out of this company. I stumbled upon this company after making an account in Investing.com and they started to call me. I have rejected their calls multiple times before as I did not want to get involved in this, but I ended up making an account with them due to their persistence. This is their tactic to get people to put in money in their "scamming" platform. I only managed to get my money out from the platform after 1 month after my withdrawal request is made, and it is the amount I deposited at the beginning.

Do look at all other reviews from other websites as this company is very suspicious. You will never see a single good review about this platform, and the reason is very obvious.

*PLEASE READ THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE FOREX BROKER AS WELL AS REVIEW WEBSITE'S COMMENTS ABOUT THEM BEFORE PUTTING IN ANY MONEY.

Be careful of those people absolutely scams and frauds people they closed my account and they stole from over€29000

Mar 22, 2018 - No Rating I signed up with trade time last November when I saw an advert on instagram. Then they start calling me every day to deposit money and they convinced me to deposit money first was €500 then €5000 until I reached €17500 then they will ad you some stupid bonuses on purpose so you can’t cash your profits until you make 1000 of trades. they kept pushing me put more put more money all the time.I started trading after they showed me a guy called Mike Lucas , trading was good start making money until I reached over €29000 not because of them but I was doing my researches. Their trading signal is really bad , anyway after I made so much money I asked them to cash my profit and they told you only can withdraw you equity not the profit until you reach 1000 lot of trading which is enormous .
The guy called Ethan Harris is a donkey, he is rude and very bad guy and all he kept saying to me you have been trading with our bonuses and you can’t take your profit so I decided to withdraw my money after two weeks and they took my profit of €29300, so I’m warming anyone be careful because those people are scams frauds conman

I decided to make a deposit started with €500 and after5000 then after 12000 until I reached €17500 and they will add you some love making bonuses so you never can take your profits you make until you make 1000 of trades.,They’ve showed me how to trade a guy called Mike Lucas and I started believing in him like a nice guy.
Then I have started to trade open lots of trades I was doing my on research
Because once you opened the trade they don’t care if you lose or win money what they care is their profit and commission they kept changing the commissions,spreads and the swaps without telling me .
Then I decided to trade on my own and I started to make good profits until February I made €29340 then I decided to cash some profits and the guy who works there is called Nethan Harris is big idiot and he told me that the profit belong to company not to you as you have used company’s money not your money and then I discovered the truth that they are fraud scam and cons
I withdrew my money and it took me 2weeks to get my money bank and they stole my profit of €29340
My advice to anyone don’t use them scums because you will end up losing money with them

We have reviewed your case and found that in January you withdrew the entire amount deposited into your account with TradeTime.

Additionally, as has been explained to you both by email and over the phone, and most importantly, as found in our terms & conditions, a withdraw of bonus money can only be approved once a set trading volume has been met.

I’ve been trading for a while now, approximately 7 years. I joined tradetime about 6 months ago. I’ve been looking to start trading cryptos, I haven’t had much experience in it before.
