It seems like they open 2 accounts without your knowledge or consent and them change the passwords

On first registering with this company they stole or lost my original 1000 .00 EUR deposit they said they would replace it if i deposited a further 20

Below is a copy of a last-ditch attempt to gain a response from this company,

I need to talk with a member or a manager of account support I have sent several messages to you over the last month, I have also requested several callbacks that you say your company provides, all of my messages and callbacks have been ignored, the account client senior manager that represents your company and also was allocated as my client manager Mr Simon Jansen, he is also known to work for a different company www.xtrade.com, this was confirmed to me yesterday 13/04/2018 .. as you can see from my login details on your site I have made several deposits in EUR as requested by Simon Jansen, Mr Jansen has made over 40 small trades most sucsessful with me over the last 2 months,
however, he has also put immense pressure on trying to persuade me to deposit 10,000 EUR into my xtradefx account so he can open a mico managed account, I have explained to him i have not had one single reply from any department in support even though your website page permotes a responce within 7 minuits I have submitted 2 withdrawal requests 15 callbacks and sent 8 messages to which none have even been replyed, most companys at lease have an auto responce sent to your email with a tickett request number, I have never received an email from you, I have asked Simon Jansen to call you and respond to my requests, I have serched Google and there is no telephone number to call you there is also no externeal email it only redirects you back to your website, I have even subcribed to your SMS and Newsletter to the right of this page and still not received anything from you, Still no replys other than their account managers trying to push you into depositing even more funds

XtradeFX is definitely a SCAM

Should you be looking for a Trading Company Xtradefx is not the place to be. Plenty of Alternatives.

I am new to trading and opened an account with Xtradefx formally 24Stox 10 months ago. I have made 11 small deposits progressively over time and built my account up. Through trading I am at about an 180% profit, so doing ok. Its when you want something you find where the wheels fall off. Due to an unexpected health issue, I tried to make a withdrawal of 30% of my capital. Fairly small for the status of my account.

Yes you guessed it - cannot get your money out.
Words are cheap - actions can only prove the words.
So. lets look at what the company says and reality

Contacting the Account Manager
I have had two account managers being Robert Conti and Simon Jansen

REALITY
Completing the withdrawal form (numerous times) does not get processed
I have sent numerous emails to support@Xtradefx.com and have not received a reply.
There is no live chat
Completing the Contact Us form (numerous times) does not get a reply
Completing the Call Back Request form (numerous times) does not get answered nor are you contacted
Emails to info@Xtradefx.com does not get a reply
You will note that there is no telephone number to call on the website
Emailing the brokers does not get answered, they only contact you with a request to deposit more funds.
Telephoning the brokers, the number just rings out
There is no customer service and demonstrate that they have no respect for you as a client..

CONCLUSION
At this point I have been trying to have this withdrawal undertaken for 11 weeks,
What is written in the website is words, without any form of reality backing them.
XtradeFX is definitely a SCAM
