Still no funds received, after 120 days they simply declared that I've received too much swap and offer to remove 50% of the past swaps with zero calculations in order to process my withdrawal. I've already demonstrated that the swaps were correct, but I guess they are trying to simply steal my money at this point...Draw your own conclusions!

Sep 25, 2023 - 1 Star Hello, I have multiple withdrawals pending from my account since the 18th of july. Chat and email support tell me it is because my account is under investigation tht can take up to 90 days, but I've only traded a couple of times and my trades are very easily verifiable, so I believe they deliberately choose to not process my withdrawals...Do they have liquidity issues? I will keep the community posted!

Hi FPA members, i would like to share my negative experience with this broker, after more than a year trading with this broker I receive the following email :
" Your trading accounts have been blocked and they are under supervision for suspicious activity. We will contact you once the responsible department has informed us about their decision. we remain at your disposal for any clarification."

i send emails talk in chat and they don't tell me anything, my account and funds were suspended for an all month, so i can't withdraw or trade.
After a month I get another email saying:
" After Analysing trading activity on both your MT4 and MT5 account we have seen a clear Latency Arbitrage Activity that is not allowed.
The Activity covered over 80% of your trades (mostly in profit).
We have so, for this reason proceeded with removing the profit from MT4 but left the profit on MT5.
So we have removed 80% of the profit as Latency Activity.
Your profile stay suspended and you can proceed to withdraw the remaining balance."

This broker quite simply stole 80% of my profits just because they could, arbitrarily said 80 could have said more or less. Broker removed 80% of the profits without any proof of "latency trading", stay away from these brokers with weak regulation, they do what they want without any problem.
When they don't like the profits you make and they have weak regulation it's always latency arbitrage, normally arbitrage trading doesn't happen when I lose, it´s strange !!

If you have profits , stay away they will come to confiscate them!!
