Broker VolumeFx - a real thief !!!
At the beginning of April 2019, I opened two trading accounts, 2108954569 and 2108954572, with a VolumeFx broker. Passed a complete verification, as received a letter from the broker. I made a deposit through Skrill at 270 dollars. For the month earned a total profit of 630 dollars. On May 11, 2019, I made a request for a withdrawal of $ 332.
A week later I wrote letters to the broker - when I get the money. Broker is not responding. So I wrote more than 7 letters asking: when will I get the money ??? On May 27, the broker told me that they could not work with clients from Russia. Here is such a trap. First, they register, verify, receive money from clients and then say - we do not work with your country. Broker VolumeFx - a real thief !!!
A week later I wrote letters to the broker - when I get the money. Broker is not responding. So I wrote more than 7 letters asking: when will I get the money ??? On May 27, the broker told me that they could not work with clients from Russia. Here is such a trap. Stay away - you won't get your money back
I would recommend to stay away from this broker as they do not pay profits and deposit money as well
On April 22 I opened and deposited live account after receiving an email confirmation that all my documents are validated. On May 1st I have requested a withdrawal and on May 2nd I have received an email from security@volumefx.com stating that my documents are fake and my withdrawal will be cancelled. No evidence of this fact or investigation was provided, not even a single screenshot
I have traded forex around 10 years with my documents and never had a single issue of such kind. Furthermore after VolumeFX I have opened 2 live accounts with FCA and ASIC regulated brokers which perform much deeper documents checks compared to offshore brokers which just validate them and no issue as such.
On May 2nd I have sent an email to volumeFX with additional documents (back of my citizen card, driver's license) explaining that it must have been an error and asking to process my withdrawal which I placed for second time. Since that date I was sending reminders on average once in 2 days but they never replied.
At this point I have a pending withdrawal a little over 10.000,00 EUR
Broker is not regulated, so you have no one to make a claim to. They are registered in St. Vincent & the Grenadines as International Business Company (IBC). Regulatory body of St. Vincent & the Grenadines SVGFSA does not "Regulate, Monitor, Supervise or Licence" International Business Companies (IBCs) which engage in FOREX Trading or Brokerage which was previously confirmed by them.
If someone would advise the best way to proceed in this case, would be highly appreciated

This review is dishonest - In fact we refunded you your initial deposit to source in keeping with our obligations when we made the decision to suspend your account.
In reality you submitted Portuguese documents to us but our security team upon examining your withdrawal noted that all of the logins and connected IP information originated in Russia.
We enquired as to why this would be the case, and requested that given your IP address and all logins originated in Russia - that you provide us with a proof of address and credentials from Russia for us to ensure that the original KYC documents weren't stolen documents or perpetuating some form of identity theft.
You also admitted to bringing in a couple of similar users to our broker, also with Russian IP addresses.
Not only did you refuse to do submit such documents - but you became quite hostile as to the request, and refused even to submit a photo of you holding the original Portuguese documents.
It was clear that the documents were fraudulent, or obtained in an illicit manner - and coupled with the IP address information our security team made the decision to terminate your account and we informed you as to why. We also refunded your original deposit to the source deposit method.
We take our AML/KYC obligations very seriously in full compliance with the law and we go to great lengths to give users the opportunity to explain, and correct these questionable documents before we make the decision to close accounts.

They are afraid that I will provide evidence, delete my client login and MT4 account.
May 9, 2019 - 1 Star They don't have online customer service, so I wrote multiple emails and tried to ask them about my withdrawal status. They didn't reply... please forexpeacearmy Admin to include them in the scam blacklist. Because i believe there will be more and more traders complain that they do not payment withdrawals.

A few days ago, I registered my real account on VolumeFX. At first, everything was going well, I have both Chinese and Malaysian nationality, but I live and live in Malaysia for a long time, so when I register, I Use the Chinese passport and Malaysia's residential address as a certification file to upload and get their certification: they passed my documents the next day and notified me via EMAIL.

When I uploaded my Malaysian ID card again according to their request, when I received their EMAIL, they didn't want to pay my withdrawal, so they refused again! God, I have uploaded my according to their requirements. Malay West comes with proof of identity.

I want to say here, if you want to trade with them, there is no problem. If you lose, this broker will do everything possible to refuse to pay the withdrawal when you make a profit. So traders please stay away from this broker, if you already I have traded with them, then I can only wish you good luck. I believe more and more traders will come here to dismantle them.
Also, here I would like to ask them, do traders with dual nationality cannot trade with them?

This account created after we enquired about the address from the other one. Based on the fact that you were clearly operating in tandem with the other account, from the same location and address information. Our security team terminated your account and refunded your original deposit.
You have dishonestly submitted two reviews in your efforts to violate AML regulations using VolumeFX and punish the broker for not letting you get away with identity theft.
Once a user and account is suspended or closed - we will not allow any like accounts to be created from the same user to circumvent such bans, in keeping with our terms and conditions.

Amazing Broker! Withdraws,Deposits and even Customer Service is FAST!
Amazing Broker!
I started using VolumeFX a couple months ago and was skeptical, but they really surprised me.
The deposit and withdraw options have been incredible and really fast. I made my first withdraw last week and it was approved next day. I thought that must be a glitch, but the following week I made another withdraw and again it was processed the next day. I could not be happier with this, it makes me feel like there's finally a broker out there that is for the trader. Allowing them to finally get there withdraws in a timely manner. I've had other brokers take weeks to process my withdraw but NOT with Volume. Same day or next day in my experience
Now Customer Service, this has been TOP NOTCH!
I had an issue with 1 error on my account and it was answered and fixed same day!
I’ve never had that in a broker... ever. Which has been incredible. I had to post a ticket with them and thought "oh boy this is going to take a while" , but to my surprised they answered in under 30 mins to my email. They were responding so quickly I was in shock. I've had problems with Customer Support with other brokers and if I have to write a ticket it seems the issue takes over 2 - 3 weeks to resolve. I was so shocked that VolumeFX has just been delivering such quality support
Spreads have been crazy good! No freezing servers, No crazy gaps!
I've traded with a lot of other brokers that will freeze servers when high impact news comes out and because of this it causes gaps in the market which can miss your Stop-loss and cause you to have a HUGE negative trade, but NOT here.
I would strongly recommend this broker! Amazing work VolumeFX. They have just been giving such amazing support with me and assisting me if I have an issue and just amazing broker. They definitely have a long term customer.

You submitted fake address documentation to us when you signed up - we determined this after a quick examination of the address leading to a business address unrelated to you in a country unrelated to where you signed up. You deposited $100 USD after doing so. We emailed you to tell you the documents you submitted with a separate address were unacceptable and gave you the opportunity to resubmit documents proving your connection to the address you provided. You submitted a second set of documentation with a third address. Once this was rejected for the same reason you submitted documentation with a fourth address. When we told you we could not accept forged documents you sent in a ticket requesting an address change to one of the many addresses you provided with obviously forged documents.
Clearly this isn't acceptable and a violating of the KYC process. As such we've had to terminate your account, and we've refunded the $100 you deposited to you. We can't accept illegitimate documentation or run the risk of aiding money laundering. We don't think our actions are unreasonable in this circumstance.

One of them modern brokers out there!
Do you know what I really like that broker. Very simple. At first they only accepted crypto and when I checked today, they have Skrill, Neteller and UPay ... for some reason my skrill is no longer working for my country but luckily I had an UPay Account. Great Broker! thumbs up!
