EZCryptoplace = Bitcom.Ltd = coinbrokerZ are 1st class scammers and one should avoid them. DO NOT INVEST here. No money can be recouped as they just ignore you. Their email is no longer in existence and they cannot be found on internet.

A bunch of profesional scammers that need reporting to the fraud squoad.

I have lost £9000 to EZcryptoplace, who's details came through to me on an email claiming to be endorsed by Martin Lewis. They phoned me on my mobile after I expressed an interest in a bitcoin account that the Martin Lewis scam email had a link to. They told me I would get a £250 bonus on sign up and got me to invest further payments with them also. To cut along story short, I put in the wrong sort code when making one payment to them and my card would not give out any further funds. I got spooked and freaked out by that happening and told the person on the phone Helen Stein to forget the whole thing and refund my money as my card was not allowing any more funds to be released. She said she would call me the following day. When she did call she told me that she had added funds to my account and that my account had made £13000 in over night trading and that I had to repay the £6000 she had added to the account before I could withdraw on the account. As my card was locked and the account had made some good profit, I did not question the loan she added to the account without my consent and asked my bank to send a transfer to EZ. It took 4-5 days for the transfer to arrive so, I then asked for a withdrawal of £500 only every week hoping that the account would pay me a regular income every week. She made me further returns on the money that was left in the account and the account hit £47000, so I asked for another £500 withdrawal. That's when things went a-wall. I was told that I could not make another withdrawal until I paid £9500 insurance recovery premium. That was a shock to the system and something I was not told about up front or was not mentioned in their terms and conditions. When I questioned this with Helen Stein I was told it comes under 'bonus' in the terms and conditions. So I made my point very strongly and loudly over the phone to her that the insurance recovery needs to be clarified clearly in the terms and conditions. How is anyone expected to read into the word 'bonus' that that really means an insurance recovery payment. I asked her to pay the insurance recovery payment from the profits that the account had made, but she could not give me a valid reason why that could not be done. So I mentioned that she could add a loan/payment to the account, so why could she not therefore pay the insurance recovery premium using the profits on the account! Again, her answer was not possible. At this point I became very untrusting and despondent about their company tactics and asked her to close my account and send me back the funds I had invested with them. Again they could not do that for me so I asked my back to recover the funds for me. To date I do not have any of my funds returned to me after being told by Helen Stein that they would send me back my funds, as they did not want any bad publicity, as it cost a lot of time and money to set up their trading platform. Well I am on this site giving you my feedback and experience with this company, as they have not returned my funds like they said they would, so I would advise any one reading this not to get involved with this company and be fooled into handing over any money to them as they clearly are a bunch of professional scammers with a capitol S.
