OEX stole from BitBay
OEX stole funds from BitBay. They promised to list, signed a contract took 3 BTC listing fee and then did nothing. For six months they kept delaying the listing and then they simply stole the funds. Can submit any evidence, just come to BitBay slack. We have screenshots, TXID, contract, everything. We hear they also list other coins and then delist them keeping the funds. They are sure to exit scam eventually. Traders have been warned.
