ZFX (Seychelles) still hasn't returned the funds!

The broker still hasn't returned the funds. Does not respond to e-mails. In the chat, the employee says the same thing, that we are dealing with your issue. The account has been blocked for more than 6 months. I wrote a complaint to the FSA. it has been considered for more than three months. I do not recommend this broker to anyone

Jul 13, 2022 - 1 Star I have been a client of this broker since the beginning of April 2022. Now the broker has blocked my trading account and is not refunding me. The account was verified and was active. I was able to trade for two weeks (05/01/2022-05/12/2022). No correspondence with the broker gives results. It lasts exactly two months. (account blocked since 05/12/2022) This broker is a SCAM. I can show a screenshot of my verified account and correspondence with the broker

A lot of trading products that are simple to trade

I was just looking for a location to trade Forex, so I went to ZFX. This platform also includes a lot of other items such as gold, silver, commodities, crypto, and so on. The platform is low-cost and simple to use, making it ideal for novices.

Since the day I started trading, ZFX has quite standard and stable spread for ECN account, but I'm getting used to the STP first, easier to deposit. Also, the online staff working pretty well, honestly. The staff proactively contact me for helping me to use MT4 and provide guidelines in case I did not get used to the MyZFX web for user.

I try STP and ECN account

Deposit and WD works normally both in STP and ECN account. For scalper like me, ECN raw spread is really good. However the minimum deposit for ECN raw spread account is $1000.
