No communication (don't just accept a deposit and drop off the globe)

I made the sad mistake of depositing money with Aspen Holdings. The initial phone calls regarding sign-up and getting the deposit going were very prompt and helpful. However, I was assured that someone would be getting back to me to help me get set up and going on their trading platform, which never happened. I have received no responses to e-mails or phone calls. According to their "Terms and Conditions" if an account holder does not make any active trades they can request their initial deposit back. I did this but there is no response, not to e-mails, phone calls or chat. The final nail in the coffin is that the site no longer allows me to sign in. Not holding my breath that I'll be getting my initial deposit back :( All in all, extraordinarily disappointed. Life lesson....... Always research any companies you may consider working with !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

saying he was here to help me to get back some of my funds and could he send to my credit card if only I can give him my credit card details as the one they have on record has expired so they need the new details and make a connection to verify me...ha ha ha
So they make a withdrawal into my Olympus Markets account but in about 1 hour I would see my deposit and the funds on my account returned to my credit card

Do not deal with these criminals.. they are pushy but very cunning scammers
