This brokerage firm is run criminals.

When they want you to deposit they will call and call and romance you to deposit. When you want to withdraw that's when their fangs come out. They will not reply your message, they will busy your call, the account manager I was assigned to is a big witch. She insulted and bullied me on top my money. Worst is they will keep 5% of your deposit. You can never get back all your money. Please anyone in Nigeria should report them to CBN and EFCC. These people are criminals.

One thing I enjoy with ExcoTrader is their withdrawal process, I think for me it is the best I have ever experienced in Nigeria.

Terrible support when it comes to withdrawal

Honestly recently i had a terrible experience with the, their staff are unprofessionals, when it comes to deposit they will keep in touch with you till you deposit to them, but when it comes to withdrawal that's when you sweat like hell, because their staff will not respond, when you text they won't text back when you call they won't pick up, you have to suffer before you get your own money from them, I'm strongly advise you to avoid this broker because they are not even regulated, meanwhile your fund are not safe with them.

An irresponsible company with irresponsible staff

Excofinance is a company that must be avoided at all cost. The website has no information about the regulatory licence the company has. The staff are not trained and generally lack manners of approach. If they are asked basic questions they result to insults and curses. I had a very terrible experience with them as such I advise you to avoid them in your own interest
