I have done trading with broker who my online chinese friend introduced me. I deposited 17000 us doller by account transfer. And it went up to almost double i could not withdrawl for couple months they said it is doubling period. So almost at the end of period my balance became 9 doller from almost 35000. I lost everything i have. Now im looking for the way that i can get my invested money back if i cant i need to impact something to scammer to avoid another victim like me

Share the facts. I applied for withdrawal at BTC and cannot withdraw within 10 days. I made a reminder to withdraw on September 24th. On that day, the automatic trading system reduced the balance of $ 12344 to zero. Automatic trading system profit was always around $ 200. But suddenly I lost the full amount of $ 12344. Is the automatic trading on September 24 a big loss? I lost my first deposit of $ 5,000. I felt distrust. Everyone, please be careful when depositing or withdrawing new money in the future.

Very hard to contact the customer service. My MT4 account under this company was hacked, and someone purposely losing my money by doing wrong direction trades. I contacted their customer service to inform them, However, they don't take it seriously. They even don't ask me when was it happened and how could it happened, also never asked for my detail. They just tell me similar things happened to some other customers as well. It sounds like this hacking is usual to them and nothing to be surprised of. And that's it. I am not sure if they are Chinese and cannot communicate well in English, or due poorly trained customer service officer. I have requested their phone number (not listed in the website) so I can talk to them directly but the customer service just avoiding to answer that. When I asked any person-in-charge / supervisor that I can contact to, or forward my email to them, they also didn't answer. My impression to this broker is unprofessional and poor security with poor customer service. There is no way to contact them accept that customer service email.
