I asked many times to withdraw amount of my money no response over 3 months submited withdrawal request on there website multiable emails sent whatsapp after long time they asked to send the bank statement to process the transaction, after no response at all they make me sick

Swap charges levied extremely high, platform was not working for one week

I have traded on dow500 from 25th March till April end 2020. While trading in oil the platform was locked for oil prices on 21st April. It was reported immediately and then on regular basis for the week. It was not rectified for that week. I kept on requesting them to protect my funds as I had no control over the trade. Dow500 kept on saying it will be rectified soon. When it was finally rectified after a week, I noticed swap charges which were being levied continuously even when the prices were not moving, were as much as USD 291 for a deal as small as 0,01 of oil. The oil price when bought was USD 1.88, There is something drastically wrong and manipulated by dow500. My several request to rectify this were not given any attention. I want to get my money back which is probably more than USD 3000.-

those are the scammer related to simpletrades.com and they are changing the name after the bad reviews on the main website!! be carful guys, i just fund them asking me to sign the same documents i mentioned in the below links with credos and other paper ..
