Length of use: 6-12 Months

I was able to close my gold position, which I opened after 18 pm on 20.12.2021 through Gcm Forex company in Turkey, in my 3rd or 4th try. Even though I tried 3-4 times, I could not close my 10 lot position that I opened in dollars. I've been talking to my customer representative, no solution. I'm talking to the treasury unit, they just say that you tried to close it twice at 18:15. Because of meta trader5's nonsense and their own recklessness, my 26k lira has been reset and I am in debt 30 thousand TL. They do not give my money back and they started an executive action.
