It is egregious. Three days after I requested a withdraw (I have a balance of 30K+ in there), the customer service person I had been in contact with on LINE just deleted his/her chatting account and disappeared without notice. Now all I left with to contact them is the support email they have on their website, but they never reply. They do have a registration in Colorado and has an agent name and address in the registration. I am wondering if there is any hope I can get my money back. Like people mentioned, SFEMFX used to be MFF, and I guess they just became so notorious that they switched to another domain and changed their name. It is still beyond me how can such things exist.
