Withheld my deposit

Service use: Live Length of use: 0-3 Months
I made a second deposit on the 3rd of September 2020 to this account of R2000, received a bonus of R2000. However my deposit was not reflecting under my balance but on equity, it said I had R4047. I sent them an email requesting that they should fix it. After receiving the ticket number I started trading. The problem was not fixed, I thought since I was not familiar with the broker and they didn’t bother phoning me probably that’s how the funds reflected. I continued to trade the account for almost a week, constantly making profits and growing it. Within those days they sent out an email notifying us of the bonus cancellation that was going to take place on the 18th of the same month. The pressure was on to try and reach the required lot sizes or risk my profits being divided by 200 as per their terms and conditions.
On the 8th I tried to increase my lot sizes on the trades but then it dawned on me that I was going to risk blowing the account so I decided to close the running trades and ask them to transfer my funds to the other account without the deposit bonus. I closed the trades and my equity was sitting on R3910. I again received a ticket number but remembered that last time they never actioned so I decided to phone instead. After holding for over 2 hours to speak to someone I was eventually transferred to Kgosi who said he was the manager and told me that I had no funds in my account. I asked what he meant by that, he said I had blown the account. I told him that wasn’t possible. Tried to explain to him what had happened with my deposit and the email I sent but he was interested instead he was laughing at me with his staff that I was failing to understand that the account is blown. I suggested that I drive through to their offices so we can resolve it but obviously if they’re wrong will have to re-imburse my petrol to which he didn’t reply so kindly. I asked him to check my account day by day from the day I deposited and he said he had done so and there were no funds. I was shocked. I then offered to send him screenshots of all the daily reports which I did. I then realized that I wasn’t going to get my money from them and decided to blow the account so he can realize that it had my money all along. I sent him another email with that screenshot and he promised to phone me which he never did to this day. I received a statement this morning, I was right, I was going to lose my funds as it was never rectified to this day.

Please stay away from them as you don’t know what problems you might encounter. I lost my funds but got exposed to the other good brokers that I wouldn’t have tried otherwise.
