The company withdrew USD 3,854.60 from my account, accusing me of a "breach of our Client Service Agreement." The company did not clarify exactly what I breached. Additionally, I requested a company representative to contact me regarding the case, but after 10 days, no one has contacted me.

First of all, let me introduce myself, I am Rahmoune Abdallah. I have been trading on the Puprime platform since August 2022, I lost a little money at the beginning, and then after I managed to earn large sums of money thanks to the strategy that I put in place but unfortunately Puprime have made me suffer since March 2023 they still do not want to make my money withdrawals and they have to send them all the documents to prove that it was me and how I was able to earn this money, I sent them everything as a document and even videos showing them everything in detail and I even have the proof, but They tell me your account is being processed even though I've been waiting for 6 months so be wary of this platform and above all don't put your money with them otherwise you won't have them later.
At the beginning they agree to make you payments withdrawals so that you don't leave negative reviews on their platform but as soon as you earn a lot more, they will make you suffer and you will never receive your money, in any case I wanted to share this with the new ones like that you are very be careful!!!!! I have all the proof that all my withdrawals have been refused since March 2023.

On the 13th of June 2023, 3028.5 dollars was removed from my account after much enquiring I was ask to do kyc. In which I was asked to submit documents which includes statement of my bank account my I'd and documents for my landed property and I did a video of myself with all this documents and submitted it to them. And it is over three weeks now and am yet to receive feedback from them. Today I decided to withdraw my balance that is left there which is $2094.75 but they declined payment and was asked to talked to my account manager which I did. The account manager said my account is under kyc.. my problem is how long will this process take? This is over three weeks now.

Before a two weeks ago i want to deposit 30k usd to my PuPrime account, but then i deposit only 1k usd just to check first all the things on this broker like deposit withdrawal and commission etc.

so i started with 1K USD and they gave me 50% bonus on it 500$, ang then i start trading and open some trades on my accountand by chance after almost 2 hours the news of "Non Farms Payrolls" came and i got profit too fast its was enough profit on 1k$, the profit was 1229$ and then i close all the trades instantly because i never work on news. and on monday i have requested for withdrawal, but they removed my profit :( and i ask many time to support team and the manager "Eddie Choo" he just saying that i did wrong and i did arbitrage :D and they are saying you can withdrawal your fund but not profit, i am asking them to add my profit back from last 2 weeks but they are even not answering me.

I REQUEST TO YOU ALL PLEASE BE AWARE OF THAT TYPE OF REGULATED BROKERS. THEY DONT HAVE ANY REASON TO REMOVE MY PROFIT BUT THEY STILL DID.

I AM VERY DISSAPOINT FROM THIS BROKER, BECAUSE IF THESE TYPE OF REGULATED BROKER WILL SCAM WITH US THEN WHAT WILL WE DO?
