Using Monetary Authority of Singapore investigation as an excuse to block withdrawals.

It seems the Samtrade entity claimed Monetary Authority of Singapore have been conducting an investigation since January 2022, thus all the assets and transaction have been frozen. However turned out that Monetary Authority of Singapore never asked to cease any withdrawal to the client and it seems Samtrade is delaying by using email with investigation process and all the bullpoo explanation just to delayed the withdrawal to the client. The withdrawal until now is denied and pending. There is no exact date and estimation when the money can be received.
Send the email to them multiple time and it seems the reply its the same "Due to unfortunate event, we would like to apologize as it still ongoing investigation". Please do send us back our money.

I have been with this broker since July 2020. Feel good to know this broker is an AML Broker supported by its segregated account. They are really strict with KYC Process too. Never had any funding issue with my trading account. I mean this platform performed Fast Deposit & Withdrawal using Crypto Payment Gateway.
