Moneta Markets Review

this is an update to my previous comment. After contacting the broker, the Moneta manager managed to guarantee the release of the withdrawal. It turns out that the amount was held in the "PAMM" account, where the account manager was holding my withdrawal. In my previous comment I believe that if the broker had been aware of the situation, they would have resolved the problem, so in the end the problem was resolved.

Mar 27, 2024 - 1 Star I have amounts that the broker does not release, I already requested the withdrawal almost 1 month ago after entering the investment in a PAMM account called "Capital Investing Strategies Ltd", but the broker lets them do what they want with the money, they informed me that the deadline withdrawal would take 15 business days but it has been a while and they still haven't released my money. Another broker I use for PAMM account investments releases the money in just 36 hours, while Moneta lets these PAMM managers do what they want with our money.

This is an update to my previous review.  I'd like to inform the community that Moneta Markets contacted me and fixed the issue entirely. They said there was an error in the system and corrected it. My deposit is fully available for withdrawal now. I am very satisfied with the resolution. Thank you to Moneta and to the FPA moderator who were always helpful and assisted me in this matter.

Sep 9, 2023 - 2 Stars I had a little equity with Moneta Markets and received an email offering me $50 in "credit" to my account if I submitted a review on Google. They didn't specifically ask for a positive review. Just a review. I did write and submit the review and the $50 credit soon appeared in my account. But note: my balance didn't change. Only my equity did. That means it was money I could not withdraw. It was just, say, a little extra margin. I was fine with that.

So I lost all my equity and was left with only the credit. Rather than topping up my account, I just tried my luck with the remaining "credit." It didn't work, it was too small so I lost it too. OK. That happens.

But now I deposited $400 and again, my balance is $350 plus $50 of "credit" so my equity is $400. I can't withdraw $400. I can only withdraw $350. I checked.

So the $50 was not a gift. It was a loan. I have to pay it now. I have to cover the $50 before I can withdraw $400. So they didn't pay me for a review, they just loaned $50. That was never clear to me. I don't like this arrangement at all. If I had know, I wouldn't have used the "credit."

This company is the best broker I have ever used !

They provide excellent service and always respond to you quickly. You can easily withdraw and deposit money with no issues. So far out of all the brokers I have tried Moneta Markets is the best!

May 25, 2023 - 5 Stars I joined Monetamarket almost two years ago and I must say I have tried many brokers but nothing compares to Monetanarkets. First, of they have pretty reasonable spreads compared to other brokers, second, their customer service is by far the best special thank you to Neish From the support team for assisting me with my queries. So far my experience has been tremendous!!

Second review and I think I forgot to tell it in my first review, but damn I never seen a withdrawal that fast ! It clearly surprise me lol, habitually all the broker take 1 or 2 business day to send withdrawal. I receive mine in 15 minutes, yes you read that IN 15 MINUTES ! So I will stay at Moneta for a long moment just because of that and the other things in my other review. 15 minutes I can't still believe it !

Apr 12, 2023 - 5 Stars I entered to this broker because I was searching a better broker than the one I have before so I ask them a lot of questions, they have replied all and in my language ! I have a direct STP account and sincerely the spread are good, better than my previous broker. So I will say Yes to Moneta and I will keep trading with them

MonetaMarkets is the fastest and most reliable institution among the institutions I have worked with. I have never had a problem in loading and withdrawing money, my money is deposited immediately, I can withdraw my money immediately I'm happy to be in the fx market with them.

I recently joined MonetaMarkets and experienced that the company is providing a long list of crypto and indices as well as other assets like forex and commodities with excellency. I experienced its pro trader at the first time. It is the best thing if you know TradingView you can use it for your benefit.

Moneta has already assisted me in resolving my issues/problems with a favourable resolution . They are very responsive and try to work together with Traders to resolve and explain the issue.

Feb 16, 2023 - 1 Star Their system manipulates PROFIT and LOSS and show the wrong price at the Order Execution Level for both opening and closing prices. I have incurred a loss of more than several thousand euros because of this. I have already raised a complaint and concern for this . I hope they will resolve it if they really take care of the Client and Client Money . If not then it is PURELY DAYLIGHT CHEATING AND SCAM.

I am being Cheated and Scammed by your Moneta system in my Trades and you are asking me to write good reviews about it. How naive you are?

My MT5 trading account is MT5 account number 3016594

1) Trading Orders are

40156890 and
40156924.
When I closed the trade for nas 100 at 140 profit for 100 lots but then I got loss of 13.10 and for 500lots Sp500 I got 850 profit showing and then when I close it at 850 profit but I see zero amount credited .

2) orders numbers 40201137 and 40200686 was showing 212 profit and 75 profit respectively and I closed the position for that but to my surprise your systerm is giving me wrong profit and loss

If you really care for your clients and clients money then refund my PROFITS

I have already submitted the screenshots and details of my trades to their support service and complaints department . Lets seee what they do
