I still have the amount of 3,540.74$ hold by KumoMarkets.
The inicial deposit of 661$ in BTC to their CoinBase wallet was made and still also hold by the company.
This is just unethical where they do. They request all the KYC when you open the account in order to be able to deposit, trade and withdrawal. When i send all my documents i got approved few days latter and another 2-4 days after i made my first deposit and start trading. I got no email no message saying anything about my account.
when i wanted to withdrawal to my btc wallet because i knew btc was going up they took 3 days to send and email saying there was a high volume of withdrawal requestes and i had to send a selfie holding my id so they will allow my withdrawal. First this is unethical to do it when the client already have the KYC and account fully verified, second its a crypto transaction which doesnt requeried any further verification such as selfie holding ID.
It past 2 weeks, when i request the withdrawal btc was 40k and now is 55K, so beside the fact i sent all my documents and data to this SCAM company, they dont withdrawal my inicial deposit nether my profits to my BTC wallet and Im losing money.
SCAM SCAM SCAM. Ill contact all the regulator and Financial Ombudsman Service regards this situation. Make sure all the telegram groups are aware of this unethical and scam situation im facing for more than 2 weeks.
Oct 5, 2021 - 1 Star I opened an account with KmoMarkets and to have the account operating and able to deposit and withdrawal i had to pass the KYC which was send my ID front and back and a proof of address. I sent all the documents they asked and i had my account verified couple days latter. After a few days i deposit via BTC ( they only offer crypto as a payment method ).
I operate and i decided to withdrawal few days latter and i got an email 3 days latter that i need to send more documents in order for them to proceed my withdrawal even with my account fully verified and KYC also fully verified.
Well now is going to be 2 weeks when they dont release my inicial deposit and my profits. I call this a SCAM and also say that be really careful, dont operate with this company.
I tried many times to solve this smooth as possible but they dont proceed with my withdrawal of 3540$.
