Reimbursement on forex black swan event

During a forex black swan event on 13th September 2022 I was unfortunately on the wrong end of my stop loss triggering way past where it should have been due to lack of liquidity across the markets. I contacted blazemarkets in the hope they could help and they passed my case onto liquidity providers whilst out of their own pocket reimbursed (after seeing the evidence) my account to exactly where the stop loss was placed and not where it went way past. I felt this was the correct loss really but I was amazed and grateful the broker agreed with me. They went out of their way with the money, time and effort for me and I felt that was brilliant by them.
They're always very helpful and provide quick deposits and withdrawals. Fully recommend!
