Don't trust them.
They first lure you in with promises of making money quickly and how much you gain and that they will help you every step of the way and they sweet talk you, offering you an extra credit balance to your account. Then they will call you daily and nag you to add more money and more money and more money.

Their agents are rude, and aggressive and they actually start shouting at you. I was reassigned to at least 4/5 agents and they kept calling every day for more than 4 months with the objective of adding more money. To open your account, they ask you for an amount, such as 250$, then later they want you to add 1000$ or 3000$.

They are playing on the fact that you don't know much about stock trading, so you are at their mercy. When I refused to add more money and I wanted to watch how my open trades performed, their agents called me every day, trying to persuade me otherwise. In the end, they sent me an email telling me that I will lose the money that I had initially added unless I added more money. Their customer service agents don't help much either.

Please save yourself and your money.
Do not listen to their false promises.
I lost my money, don't lose yours.

Before I came to this broker, I was using the services of other brokers. I often had technical problems, my earnings were deducted and the technical support was not helpful. Finally I decided to look for other brokers and chose InvestMarkets. I did not lost. It was nothing compared to other websites. It is a great website! Everything is available, understandable, always friendly and always questions are answered. I am sure I will stay with them for a long time! Would definitely recommend!

The recent Covid crisis made lots of changes in the global economy, and even in my trading strategy. I have switched to another broker and started trading with an approach that I never used before. Just to come to the final point of my experience with Alvis Capital/Investmarkets I would like to highlight this company as one taking care of their clients. I got my agreed amount fully refunded.

May 13, 2021 - 1 Star I have been scammed by Investmarkets.com brokers , trusting them with openning account and my as account managers,
Following only their instructions as a result I lost all my money starting from 400USD and being pressurized to invest up to 28400USD in 10 days they pocketed my money or irresponsibly diminishing my free margin that I had no idea about.
Contacted their customer support by emails many times but no reply so far.
It's just disgraceful to allow such unprofessional company to trade on international serious platforms
