Started communicating with a business lady that said she was a Forex trader and amass3ed a large portion earlier in the year. She communicated with a Mr Peter who was at here brokerage firm Clearing Falcon Group. I was able to download a demo account and play with a few times before she indicated that i was ready to trade in the Forex market. I deposited $12K from my savings and Robinhood account by transferring the funds to my Bank. I then wire transferred the funds as instructed by Mr Peter to an account at East West Bank in San Diego. I traded with my account and got to $22K. Then the next trade i had lost down to $7K and the gal said i did not have enough leverage in my account to trade and asked me to get more funds in order to trade larger volumes. I took a loan out from my 401K plan and tranferred to my bank and then wire transferred to East West Bank as instrucked by Mr Peter. So the brokerage gave me an additional $8K for the large sum and began trading this. I was able to amass an account to $80K then and the business woman wanted me to get a VIP account and borrow $200K from the brokerage firm and use the business woman's account as collateral. So i kept trading and was able to obtain over $800K in my account and i needed to withraw funds to pay off my 401K loan before i started having to pay the bill. I was instructed to fill out the form and submit the withdrawal request. A couple days later Mr Peter said the brokerage needed me to send in the funds to pay back the borrowed funds that i received from them before they would approve the withdrawal. I questioned the requirement several times that there was no verbage or written information that stated i had to pay the firm back in order to release the funds. It was 2 weeks out that required me to pay the brokerage back or they would freeze my trading account and the business lady's account. I took the funds from my IRA along with my wife's IRA and wire transferred to my bank and then wire transferred to an account in Singapore to a bank there. After confirmation of the wire transfer the business woman disappeared and Mr Peter indicated her dad passed away and he was not able to get in touch with her. My questioning of the withdrawal kept going in circles and Mr Peter would not give me a straight answer as to where it was and said many time that it was transferred to my bank. Eventually he quit answering my text messages. I have all the paperwork and names used and phone numbers for all parties to include the wire transfer documents etc. In total i paid out $265K that almost cost me my marriage as well.
