New Fraudulent website for forexmarketx.live after site suspension

Service use: Live Length of use: 0-3 Months
Forexmarketx.live website has been suspended; their new website is Forexmarketx.online. This company has scammed me out of thousands of dollars and unkept promises. An individual that goes by Elfan James on Instagram reaches out to initiate the scam. They use this site to manipulate victims into investing more funds that they will never see the return on. Both sites have remarkably low trust ratings in scamadviser. Beware,

Jan 15, 2021 - 1 Star This company has a representative that reaches out to its victims by Instagram. The criminal’s profile flaunts pictures of expensive vehicles and other indications of material wealth to lure victims in. Promises of high profits are discussed, questions of what victims would do with newly found wealth are asked. Forexmarketx.live is then offered as their platform where victims can monitor alleged “profits”.

Communication is then resumed on WhatsApp. The “trader” aka scam artist(s) then reaches out after a day or so to inform his/her victims of his/her successes in securing “profits” and directs victims to the platform where victims can view “profits” for themselves. The platform is used as a tool to manipulate victims in order to bring their “profits” to new heights and instill false hopes of future wealth or achievement of financial goals. This reaching out by the scam artist(s) will occur as many times as the victim permits or desires for financial gains persist. The victim may start by “investing” little, but with the “trader” aka scam artists methods of manipulation the “investments” become bigger.

When the victim decides that the “profits” on the platform (forexmarketx.live) have reached a desired amount, the “trader” aka scam artist(s) advises of a 15% fee to be paid (which is 15% of combined “investments” and “profits”) required to withdraw the funds. An email may be sent to indicate this “agreement”. The victim pays the fee in expectance of the funds (account balance, including “investments” and “profits”) to be deposited into the victims account immediately upon receipt by the “trader” aka scam artist’s receipt of the 15% fee.

This, however, does not happen-even after multiple days-adding to the victim’s anxiety. After the fund transfer is reflected in the victim’s bank account or a few days later, the “trader” informs the victim(s) that unfortunately there is an agent withdraw fee that has to be paid prior to the transfer of funds. If the victim refuses to pay for this fee that wasn’t included in the agreement, the initial contact then gives the victim’s contact information to multiple “associates” aka scam artists that attempt to convince the victim(s) (over WhatsApp) to pay the agent fee that wasn’t previously agreed upon or even disclosed. A final “associate” aka scam artist reaches out to the victim. This scam artist has a WhatsApp account that is registered as a WhatsApp business account to try to regain victim’s trust in the legitimacy of the “company” and get the victim to pay the scammers more of his/her hard-earned money.

This is what occurred to me, and I am out thousands of dollars in the middle of this horrible pandemic. Avoid this company at all costs. Stay tuned for updates as to alternate website(s) used by these scumbags to carry out their criminal activities. If anyone has more information or would like to help solve this case, please reach out.

These criminals must be stopped from financially devastating more people.
