GalileoFX.com Review

I was convinced by all the reviews on Trustpilot and now find most or all are fake. I know how to optimize EA's and you just cant do it with this product they block the input parameters which they must use to perform positive back test results as part of their promotion. I waited for almost two weeks to get a response and then made a request for refund. Immediately they sent an email threatening action which could result in a $300000 fine and imprisonment if I made a chargeback. This got my back up and that's what I did immediately. Do not be intimidated by these people. The product does not do what it is supposed to do and therefore is not fit for purpose. I would have kept it it it did even half of what they advertise. The main thing i regret most is the utter waste of time. Be warned DO NOT BUY!!!

Total waste of time and money. I saw this advertised on facebook late at night and fell for it. $1000 CAD later I so regret it. They advertise as install and leave it alone to work its magic and its for beginners however, in reality it just places market orders on each candle open according to your timeframe and TP/SL that you set. No other intelligent strategy programmed into it. There is a no return policy and no customer service. They just tell you every broker is different so you have to spend hours trying to make it work. Backtesting with the strategy tester is a waste of time. It will burn through your accounts.

A legitimic psicopath scam. Sell the bot and wanna sell also setups. The email of response is always the same. Someone have to stop this crime and put in the jail this guys

I purchased this EA and tested it on a demo account to see how it performed and lived up to claims they made using there recommended settings. Here are the results, 8 wins and 13 losses. P/L -$31.84 @ 0.01 lots. This is a very poor EA and I can’t believe they want to charge us for settings. I sent them evidence of my trading results and requested a full refund but they of course declined. This show there integrity, money comes first over customer service every time!

I paid about $800 for a forex bot that does not work. I have tried to contact customer service by phone, but vendor has no phone number and it is based in Ireland. I have written multiple emails, but I get very late responses and canned messages that do not address the substance of my question or requests for assistance. Galileo FX falsely advertises "automated" expert adviser, however, the user has to make endless changes to the inputs for trial and error changes that so far have resulted in ALL LOSSES. I reported Galileo FX to the the US FBI ic3.gov cyber crimes division for their fraudulent practices, I will also pursue Interpol and/or relevant European cyber crimes prosecutorial agencies because Galileo FX is based in Ireland.
I just want Galileo FX to stop sending me dumb "reviews" and irrelevant messages and to credit back the $865.13 dollars charged to my account.

Galileofx reps are threatening me with criminal prosecution, so I was forced to file another cyber crimes complaint with An Garda Siochana, Ireland's police and security service.

Got convinced and paid a hefty price for it only to run my demo (luckily) accounts into the ground. They claim you have to let the program learn but after 7 days of constant losses even though I adjusted all possible settings according to their support it didn't work. Support also sends standard answers and there's no proper guiding. When I told them I was getting irritated and asked for a remote install from their side they didn't answer back.
