Unregulated clone firm

Service use: Live Length of use: 0-3 Months
I registered (Trading Account: 50326641) with this company on the 29th of April 2021 investing £200. David Eiseinstein was supposed to be my account Manager. He assured me PrimeQX is regulated by the FCA with the registration number 836265. When I checked the FCA register the number was registered to Prime Personal Finance LTD. I called the director of Prime Personal Finance Ltd, he told me PrimeQX has been using their registration fraudulently. I checked the FCA website it said PrimeQX is a clone firm and unregulated.
They tried to convince me to invest more money. I am having trouble to get my initial deposit back. They attempted to take more money (500 euros) from my card. I will not authorise it they tried to convince me it is two way transaction.
Please beware!!
