My name is Mario Kenny. I live in Miami. A Japanese lady came to my Facebookj and made me an offer, if I put $30000, she will put$ 20000 and we can commence trading with 50000$.

Thew3 account went to about 32000$ and I was asked to pay tax to withdraw. I paid more than 7000$ in tax and they refused to give me my money, now my account has $51.00, they sent my money to someone else, and basically closed my account, we had arguments for several months, the Japanese lady vanished, and Yamato made off with all of my money.

Pure scammer

Service use: Live Length of use: 0-3 Months
My $15054 is not refunding this scumbags. Completely fraud people I see another few people have same issues. I wouldn't recommend such scammers any transfer fund is subject to 20% personal income tax, even your deposit. Promoter are some Malaysian fake ID WhatsApp people and they normally talk about uncle work for MT5 who gives transaction timing. Uncle is common word used by these scammers.

Nov 6, 2021 - 1 Star A girl contacted me over WhatsApp, few days of conversation she started teaching me Forex trading and I invested in yamatoglobal through binance in USDT ($13000). Profit is $2054. I tried few times withdrawal and got rejected. Reason was maintenance. Last time I try to withdraw$15054 they start asking for a tax 20%. Since then they gave me a number for costumers service and that duchbag talk like I owe him money.

Yamato-Global’s Dubious Tax Collection to Force Client to Pay More!

Service use: Live Length of use: 6-12 Months
I have reasons to believe that Yamato-Global Limited (https://www.yamato-global.com) is employing questionable or irregular acts by forcing me to remit more money to them, but not allowing me to withdraw money from my account.

My trading account with GSG Forex/Yamato-Global started in March 2021 after a Chinese-looking lady who introduced herself as a Singaporean-Japanese businesswoman (she said she owns a salon in Osaka, Japan) approached me in an online chat. She encouraged me to invest in forex just like what she was doing, and after a lot of hesitation, she volunteered to help me open an account by remitting JPY100,000 to the broker. I got encouraged and remitted JPY100,000 from my own account. The lady taught me the basics of trading, and she provided the trading signals. Overtime, and from the constant prodding of my acquaintance, I added more capital amounting to about $3500, as the money in the account grew to more than US$83,000.

On September 16th, 2021, I received a message from Yamato-Global Customer Service with a LINE chat name MetaTtrader 5, informing me to settle my income tax amounting to JPY1.2 million by September 25th, otherwise my account would be temporarily frozen. This payable grew to JPY1.8 after a week more of trading before the given deadine expired. The Customer Service said that September is the start of tax declaration.

After discussing the matter with my female acquaintance, she volunteered to lend me JPY1.2 million and supposedly remitted the money directly to Yamato-Global. I checked if that was okay and she said confidently said that it didn’t matter because it was for tax payment, not as capital. She only provided me with screenshot of a deposit slip that didn’t bear her name or bank name. When I passed this to the Customer Service via chat, it was accepted and I was advised to settle the balance of JPY620,000 so my account would never never face any problem. I was beginning to have some doubts, so I did a little check, but I eventually thought everything was okay so on September 26, I deposited JPY620,000 to the bank account provided by Customer Service to complete the JPY1.8 million tax payment. Thereafter, my trading account was reactivated.

Last Monday, September 27th, I submitted an online withdrawal request amounting to US$40,000. Customer Service advised that it was okay since the tax payment has been settled.  The withdrawal application, however, was rejected the next day and when I inquired with YamatoGlobal Customer Service about it, I was informed that the JPY1.2 million yen directly deposited by my acquaintance was not allowed and it violated their rules.  I was advised to pay the JPY1.2 million under my name by the end of September, otherwise, they would permanently freeze my account. I clarified what “permanently freeze” meant and I was told all the money in my account, including my own deposit for tax payment, would be lost.  They also said the money remitted by my acquaintance would be returned to the depositor.

I gathered some information and consulted some people including accountants and I learned that some of the information that Customer Service told me have no legal basis, such as the threat to permanently freeze my account without just compensation. I was also advised that Yamato Global (or any legitimate business entity) cannot freeze the JPY620,000 I paid for tax payment.

I went back to Customer Service and informed them of what I learned and the measures that I was considering including reporting the matter to JFSA. Customer Service suddenly offered a more flexible payment term (i.e. 50% of JPY1.2 million by end of September and balance by the following month (October).

I offered them to deduct the tax amount from my account and remit to me the balance and then I will walk away, but they have consistently been telling me to pay the JPY1.2 million. I was also referred to another Customer Service account on LINE named MetaTrader-5, since the first account was always busy. When I talked to Customer Sevice in the new account, I was told again to pay the JPY1.2 million tax balance. I was also informed that if I pay the amount, my account would be removed from the review of being suspected as involved in money laundering because according to them many people have deposited in it. I questioned this because those bank accounts where I remitted my capital and tax payment were provided by Yamato-Global Customer Service itself. The only other person who remitted was the lady acquaintance who encouraged me to invest in them.

I have read other cases of forex trading scam reported in FPA and there are stark similarities with what Yamato-Global is doing to me.

As I have constantly reiterated to Yamato-Global, I only want to recover my hard-earned money and they can deduct whatever obligations and penalties I may have, but they have constantly been stonewalling my request and continued to ask for the payment of JPY1.2 million. I have collected all the evidences necessary to report this company to the Japanese and HK authorities, since according to the lady acquaintance, Yamato-Global is a joint-venture between the HK and the Japanese companies.

Sep 3, 2021 - No Rating I wire transferred 200 usd as that was only option available and today is 3rd day and it is not yet credited to trading account. They do not have any contact number or email on their website to contact them which is a big disadvantage. They have some scan code for line support which does not open the Line app which says invalid address.

Hoping the account gets credited soon or else it would be classified as a scam

Will update after few days if they are legit guys
