Compulsory to buy 'trading signals' before allow withdrawal of profit

on 27/09, i opened an account with them upon an acquaintance who is an account manager (AM) there. There was a promotion of $200 bonus for opening account. But to handle trading for me i would need to top up to a balance of $500
The AM said that signals will be used for trading with a ROI of 65% per day. Never mentioned it needs to purchase or will 'used up'.
the AM said i can withdraw anytime. After 5 days , the balance was up to approximately USD1900. Which i asked the AM why isn't it ROI 65/day as claimed? Reply was all signals were used up. I need to pay $500 if i want a better ROI with 75%/day.
So i submitted a withdrawal of about $1300, and contacted support to ask how long it takes to process. They asked for my whatsapp number and contacted me. Their WA number is +1 817 6680470
They reply withdrawal is the most up to 24 hours. But now more then a day has passed. When i asked them again, they said I have to pay for the signals. It is their rules and regulations that i have to pay for signals before i can make any withdrawal.
There are no such informations in their website whatsoever, they said will send me a copy of it but never did. I told them i will post this to online forums including FPA. They ask me to go ahead.
