Hi,
I hold accounts with CastleRock Fx broker. They did not processed my withdrawal of $540 yet which was requested on 06-01-2023. I have sent several mails and opened several tickets in the customer portal. they don't even have time to respond to their clients properly. I could have uploaded the screenshots of their replies If you have the option of uploading screen shot. Please help me in this case, as it is an hospital emergency.
